Frey's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Arizona

I have to wonder what happened to Federico's in Kingman. When they first opened the food was excellent.I usually order the same thing, either a shredded beef burrito or Chimichanga, normally excellent. Today I went there, ordered my Chimichanga,after about 40 minutes and 20 people later, I had to ask about my order. They had misplaced it. They quickly prepared my meal, however, instead of shredded beef, I received a cubed beef Chimichanga with beans. Not even close to what I was always pleased with before, it lacked flavor and the shredded beef texture. I was disappointed and probably won't go back because it seems like they have feel into the Kingman fast food frenzy of just providing a dish rather than keeping with their traditionally,...

Was really surprised by how crappie the service was today going to Beal St by the park at least once a week, and the cashier was very confused how to work the register kept typing in the wrong order, obviously wasn't trained keeps asking the cook what to do, so my wife made it very clear 5x how she likes her taco and it's a very simple order, she likes it plain, nothing but ground beef and shell... it came shredded beef with cheese all over, when the gal came back we told her again nothing on it, ground beef and shell, she brought back the same shredded beef with cheese all over it. No cheese on the beans, I'm sorry but have the employees trained by a competent person, we just left contemplating never going back. It ruined the dinner....

Bought food last night a carne asada fry with pico de gallo, and soft not crunchy fries. Well the food I got was stale and cold 10 minutes after I ordered. The fries were hard and the meat was tough. No pico to be found on the entire plate, and real thick cheese. I called immediately and informed them that the order was way wrong and was told to contact them in the morning for a replacement. Well I did contact them for the replacement, and was either the food or the recipe, so I provided them the recipe and was denied the reorder needless to say this is only the fifth time messing up my order but we will not be spending our money with you again,. Not with your attitude...
