Overall impression -review

We have heard great things about their cheese cake and there have seen some Facebook post about stuff it burgers and their other company in some of the food fb groups in Kingman . The owner of the () business is making orders of holiday pies I don’t like how they don’t have a soda fountain or water cups it is still a small business so I do understand. It was so good I was unable to stop myself from eating it to take a picture of the meal . The building was clean and well lit and I love the whimsical style decor .

We got the 2 burger special with a side of maple donut cheese cake .

2 cheese burger meal - Once I had a taste of their burger and I eat a burger any where else other than stuff it burgers I become sad because the flavors and everything worked with the stuff it burger’s burger , their fries were thick but not too thick and seasoned perfectly and was very delicious .I had asked for my burger patty to be no pink since Iam pregnant I don’t want to risk it. They gladly made accommodations for me their burgers were juicy not too greased perfectly toasted bun I had grilled onions on my burger and they weren’t soggy or burnt . I really enjoyed my experience dining in with stuff it burgers .

This place really deserves ZERO stars! After verifying their hours of operation on their website it stated that they are open on Saturdays 11am - 6pm. It was 3:15 pm on a Saturday when we arrived. The new Owner was extremely RUDE upon trying to enter. I asked if they were closed at which she says "We closed at 3 pm I told her her website said they closed at 6 at which she rudely said read the sign on the door. I told her I tried calling the number on their website and she stated that they don't answer the phone before closing time I explained it was an hour prior that I was calling. We've frequent this place with the 2 previous owners and they were VERY KIND. This new owner didn't seem to be quite the customer service oriented. Rather than apologizing for the misunderstanding of their website's WRONG hours she was more argumentive. I told her that we won't be back at which she responded "GOOD DON'T COME BACK". We will NOT be back for clearly this new owner isn't friendly and lack the customer service experience. Had she been apologetic that the hours were wrong on the website and NOT BE rude and argumentive I MIGHT'VE considered coming back. This is the 3rd Management for this place, hmmmmm???? I see a...

Food is really good, a Red Robin quality if you know what that is. Fresh, hot, customizable, and tasty. They're cooked to order, so this is NOT fast food. If you have a large order, call ahead. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and it took almost 45 minutes. They did warn us up front it was going to take that however. They're not tiny big macs either. They're a meal. Prices are comparable to any other quality burgers. My ONLY compliant is that they're small and there's no drive thru and no place to sit and eat in.

They're also in an awkward spot, so people miss them all the time. (I'll say "you know that burger place up on Northern?" and people will say "There's a burger place up on Northern? When did that happen?") They need more advertising and preferably someone standing out there flipping one of those arrow signs showing unobservant people that they exist!
