I love the food and have eaten there several times, however, the service by Claudia was terrible. We waited 30 minutes before they had a table available, of which I completely understand and have no problem with. Where it went bad was the fact it took an hour and a half to get my food. The cheese stick appetizer took over an hour. There were people who came in 15 minutes after us that had their food before us. There were people who came in 30 minutes after us and another that came in 45 minutes after us who received their food about the same time we did. When I ordered my pasta dish, I specifically asked what was in it and she told me. When I got it, it had mushrooms which she did not tell me about and she said it was new on their menu and that she did not know what was written on the chalk board outside. I understood it was new and even the chalkboard did not have mushrooms on it, but she should have double checked. Although it took an hour and a half to get my dish and my girls recieved their chicken wings after 1 hour, I got my pasta within 10 minutes after returningthe one with mushrooms. I had asked for the salad that accompanies the pasta in a to go box, which I was never given. Claudia did not bring us the food and really check on us. She seemed to have an attitude and another waiter brought us to go boxes. Then, another waiter brought us bags for the to go boxes. 30 minutes later, Claudia brought us the handheld machine to pay the bill. I told her calmly that I was disappointed in how long it took and that we had to go boxes and waited 30 minutes for the check. Claudia immediately responded that we have to ask for the check and they do not automatically bring it. I find that a little hard to believe as a restaurant will make more money by turning tables over quickly, but maybe that is how they do it. Her attitude was more the issue and it was recognized by the wife and adult kids. They also did not like how Claudia took the handheld machine from me and I told Claudia that if she was not going to hear my feedback, as she had never offered any apology or explanation, but only excuses, that I had nothing more to say. She processed the $145 bill and left without giving me the to go salad. I called the next day to speak with the owner as Claudia answered and identified herself as the manager. Read moreWe’ve been getting pizza from this place for a while now. Our last experience, we ordered a variety of pizza for a party, 15 pies in total, and 5 dozen wings, with a variety of sauces. The order was made early afternoon and to be ready by the evening. Everything came out excellent as always, they even called us later in the day a couple hours before pick up to check in with us and to see if any changes needed to be made to the order and what not. I can’t say enough great things about these guys, we obviously love their pizza but they really knocked this big order out of the park and with top notch customer service. If pizza was healthier, I’d literally eat it everyday and it would be from Hendrix’s....
Read morePlaced a to-go order 4/12/25 at 5:53pm. Pizza and 12 wings. Was told 35 minutes. Got there 5 minutes early and the waitress said she would check on order. Finally got the order at approximately 6:55. During this time I was never acknowledged or updated on why it was taking so long. I understand that the waitress was working alone and busy, but customer service 101 is keep the patron informed on what is going on. It's obvious the wing order was never placed until after I had been waiting a while. The Pizza was ice cold when I finally got it. No sorry or apology from the waitress. Terrible...
