The front desk hostess is definitely not one with the mostest. She is actually far from it. I always thought a business would hire someone who is friendly and welcoming. I literally felt like she was a drill Sargeant the way she spoke to me barking out rules of what you can change or not. I'm ordering, I'm paying and I'm the customer who is eating . So I should be able to omitt the pork dish if I'm allergic to pork. I didn't dine in but, gave the atmosphere a one star. Because, her rudeness pollutes the area. It's preety small in there everyone can hear her rudeness a mile away. Bad for business I'll take my money somewhere next door next time. Horrible customer service with the cashier. I called for a hour to have my food ready for pick up (I knew it was open ) and no answer. I arrived and I called while I was in there and she would just stare at the phone while it rang. I told her I have been calling as well and just replied, I’m busy (with 1 table of customers) I asked for a menu and she said , oh you don’t know what you want??? Way overpriced for mediocre (actually worse than mediocre) Chinese food. Definitely don’t get the buffet because the food is cold and hard. I’m talking the crab rangoons were similar to a rock.
