Sakila — Restaurant in Four Corners States

My family ate there for the first time and will definitely be the last. Hands down the worst customer service from both the waiting staff and the manager too. If you’re a server your job is to be serving the tables you’re waiting on, not standing around in a slow restaurant gossiping and ignoring simple requests just to get a drink. To make matters worse after placing an order for sushi and waiting 40 mins, they had to practically stop the manager in his tracks to see what the hold up was since flagging them down wasn’t working only to find out his worthless servers never even put in the order. If I could put zero stars for this restaurant I would. Don’t go there unless you like the taste of prepackaged grocery store quality at best sushi that takes an hour to come out served by incompetent servers and a manager not worth the $11.60 hourly wage for tipped employees who make it seem like they’re doing you a favor just to refill your free cup of water like it’s coming out of...

Sushi and appetizers were great, ramen here is not your traditional ramen AT ALL. A little warning on the menu would be nice. Unfortunately we were unable to eat more than 2 bites of the ramen. It tasted Smokey as if someone turned there cigarette off in our juice. We asked for a refund on that portion of the bill. When the manager asks for our honest opinion, he couldn’t handle the truth and got upset as if his feelings got hurt. If you’re going to get offended warn me so I don’t say the truth. We celebrated my wifes birthday at Sakila and we are very impressed with the food and service. The food was great! We ordered the portobello al pastor as an appetizer and it was delicious. The rolls were delicious as well and you could tell the ingredients were fresh and good quality. I'm very pleased with the service Fernanda gave my family. Despite the crew is young, they were all staying busy helping each other out. No one was standing around playing on their phone. The restaurant was at full capacity and we were still served quickly.
