Was in on Friday Morning August 16th for breakfast with my daughter. Was greeted fairly quickly noticed on the specials board a Crispy Chicken Hoagie. Thought that sounds good instead of the chicken fried steak that i was planning on. Sitting there for awhile drinking my coffee and talking with my daughter. I noticed one of the cook's out of the kitchen taking with the servers and over heard them talking about bread. Then our server came over and informed me they were out of hoagie rolls thought to myself how strange only 10 o'clock and they were already out of hoagie rolls for the special. Then she asked me what kind of bread I would like or you could wait because I'm going to buy hoagie rolls. I asked about round roll and only ones they had were hamburger rolls. She suggested sour dough and I said sure after a lengthy wait our food finally came out from the other server because ours was out buying said rolls. I open my sandwich and noticed it was chopped up chicken nuggets and no lettuce, tomatoes or onions which would have made it a hoagie lucky for me my daughter ordered a hamburger and doesn't eat the veggies. Took the first bite and the chicken was dry and no flavor and the suggested sour dough added no additional flavor. So i finished the one half and most of the fries and was very disappointed with my choice should have stuck with the chicken fried steak. After my daughter finished eating i when up to pay as the other server was ringing me up our server came in with the receipt and change from the hoagie roll run and says to me we have rolls now i just smiled at her. This being the third or fourth time having problems with your restaurant i think we will be making the trip from Catalina to the Oro Valley Restaurant. Sorry tried giving my hometown...

Read moreWe normally love to eat breakfast here. We even bring out of town guests here. But today was different.
I had the chorizo and eggs and my husband had the basic with sausage and biscuits and gravy side.
My beans were super thick, and not even hot enough for the cheese to melt. My potatoes were semi-hard.
My husband’s eggs were runny (he ordered over medium), and his biscuit was cold.
But the absolute WORST part was when the waitress (Lori) literally breakfast shamed me.
When she brought my order she said, “Somebody’s hungry”. WHY??? Because I added a side of home fries (at $5, BTW)????
But that wasn’t enough because when she dropped off the check she said “Oh she left a little bit of everything”
Since when is it the server’s business what I order? For one thing, it’s chorizo and eggs. It’s not the same without both potatoes and beans. Honestly, they ought to automatically include it in the meal.
And for another thing, I lift weights 4 days a week and burn a ton of calories. My body needs fuel.
All I can say is it really ruined a meal that my husband and I were looking forward to. This may have been...
