Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Arizona

I will only get there milkshake from there because me and my husband and brother have gotten sick from the food there and we have tried to give this place a break several times anytime we get sick never get sick of the milkshakes always get sick off of any of their food and this is the Sonic that is located on Highway 68 the corporate office needs to come down and observe their manager and staff food handling and safety maybe they need to take another course in it or maybe they need to do it for us. To keep someone from getting seriously ill because I have Crohn's and Colitis if I eat something bad it affects me much worse and someone who has a normal healthy stomach in GI tract shows that there for this issue needs to be addressed with the utmost importance I hope the corporate office response to this immediately because I have also gotten half cooked corn dogs when they have their 50 Cent corn dogs me and my daughter and my husband have gotten them and so has my brother other than that the places are actually kind of delightful to go to I like the convenience of how close it is to my home but once again I don't like being getting sick from food products that are either handled in properly or expired or have been left out on the warmer too long either way they need to take a food handler and safety course I'm preparation of food products and cost intimidation thank you if I get a good response back no problem I will not argue about it so please no rude comments as I will not respond to them thank you and have a nice day end of...

I have never been treated so badly at a drive through or restuarant establishment in my entire life. Not only was I ignored for over 20 minutes but the guy in the next stall ordered and recieved his food before anyone talked to me. When the guy next to me received his food, I called out, letting them know that I needed service,. The woman yelled out that she was training and then I sat there another five minutes. I tried pushing the button several times and then went through the drive thru because that was the only people getting service I had 2 people talking into the mic and I was very confused and then when I got to the window and asked for some compensation for the long wait, I was told that I was a liar and thet the wait was only 2 mins. There was no supervisor or manager to deescalate the situation and I left with out the young women giving me their names, my food or anyone treating me with dignity and respect. Most wonderful staff on the planet. I sensed genuine hospitality right from the start. A local pulled through and I over heard the order taker recognizing the man's voice and asking how his mother was. Server came out and didnt rush me through. He asked if I needed anything else, and actually paused with true attention for my answer and remained standing there while saying he hoped we enjoyed our meal instead of sputtering out rehearsed phrases before bouncing off. I wish I could remember his name. Theres a difference when you receive genuine service and that was reflected in the food quality. Its nice to see our meals were not slapped together, but actually prepared. These are all signs of a clean kitchen as well. Whatever the manager is doing here is great. Keep it up!
