I sent my daughter in to get my order. I spent 52.00 for dinner. When we got home my daughter handed out sandwiches. I realized that 3 out of the 4 sandwiches were not toasted. I called the store to inform the employees. One of them was rude and said that her coworker had indeed toasted them. I told I would take pictures to prove it was not so. And I would speak to her manager, she proceeded to ask me her managers name. So I hung up refusing to let her bait me into an argument. This is poor customer service. My experience at Subway gets worse and worse every time I think it is so unsanitary for the employee not to change gloves when they touch Bread door handles or when they touch the toaster oven handles or when they touch cash money and then want to make your sandwich. What is the point of putting on gloves If you don’t change them every time I have gone in there I had to tell the employee to change gloves that is totally disgusting I will not go back in there again.
