Absolutely awful. I ordered a venti lavender chai and it took about 20 mins when they weren't busy and I had to leave for work. Thank god I work right next door so I had my dad drop it off to me and it was a grande not a venti, the drink tasted awful. So he went back to get me another one in the right size and the employee was arguing saying that I ordered a grande when I didn't and I paid full price for a Venti.
