Tiny's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Arizona

What a disappointment. Slow service. Waited a while until the staff let us know it would be a while to be seated. Once seated waited about 20 minutes or so until someone came to our table. Ordered a beer and a margarita that sat on bar for a while my wife finally went and got our drinks off bar only to be scolded by the staff. Beer wasn't cold and the margarita tasted horrible. Once we finally were finally able to order, the food came out (Ordered the steer burgers) late and cold with no apologies. Definitely not worth the wait. They do have good pickles! About all i can say good about this place. No one came back to check on us so we eventually went up to the bar and asked for our bill which obviously annoyed the lady. We were not the only ones that experienced this that day, the table next to us started making comments to us with the same opinions. Its understandable that things happen and sometimes orders get backed up but an apology or even an excuse would have been efficient. So unfortunate this place has so much potential. After reading the reviews I feel this place needs a major help, better staff, and organization. Hopefully the owner takes in consideration all the recent reviews and...

We were expecting to go out and eat a great burger but that didn't happen we drove a long way just to eat there!! Was so upset tonight we walked in and the lady just looked at us and says sit wherever we went inside and some tables were dirty so we ask her to clean one off for us she says again sit wherever never seating us or cleaning the table so we go and ask another waitress if she could clear a table and she says I don't know it might be someone's and walked away, we saw the people just leave I asked another lady can you help us with a table and she just looked and walked away. I swear these younger kids don't know how to run things and don't care. It's too bad the parents don't run Tinys anymore cause we've never been treated with such disrespect. What a waste of time to drive all that way to get treated like that so we left and will never come back.You need to hire people who are willing to assist the customers with good customer...

I did not get to eat here. We stopped to have lunch about 12:30 on a Saturday. The place was very busy. That's okay. I understand that. But, they literally had no one greeting people and no way to let someone know we wanted to eat. A waiter walked by once and said to put our name on the list, which we did. After that, we waited 15 or 20 minutes with absolutely no one coming out to look at the list or tell us how long it would be or even showing any interest in us at all. I finally got a bartender's attention and at least asked her if she had any idea how long it would be. She glanced around and said, maybe 20 minutes (it had already been about 15). We still saw no one coming out to check the so-called waiting list. I don't mind waiting to eat at times, but I would at least like to have some acknowledgement...
