I ordered 3 cookies and my mom got just 1 the lady there got everyone’s order (3 separate people) and gave there order first then ours last when we were first when all she did was needed to put the cookies in a dam box she didn’t have to make them or anything so definitely won’t be coming back here again and of course all the others were Caucasian and we were the only colored family in there so if your colored and want a simple dang cookie this place ain’t it go to cookie crumble they take everyone by order not by the color of your skin

(Add on) since the owner decided to comment I will say no she wasn’t making any drinks at the time and as I said she focused the people they came in AFTER we ordered and placed there’s she took there’s as priority and another after that it’s not hard to take pre made cookies out a refrigerator and place them in a box :) a flavored drink u have to make it put the syrup in and what ever else comes with it it’s more to do than to grab cookies and put them in a box and ur done there is no excuse so I don’t want to here them I stand by...

My daughter and I went in tonight. It was our first time. We were excited for something sweet. Unfortunately the experience wasn't great at all. One one greated us. Someone yelled something from the back so I assumed maybe there busy let's give them a moment. So we sat down. A good 5 minutes went by still no acknowledgement. One of the girls stared right at me no face expression I just smiled and still waiting. She proceeded to get cleaning supplies and walked right past us finally another girl came out sweet girl. Said I'm sorry did you guys need anything. I told her we were waiting on our order. She did apologize and started the order. The other taller girl came back and told the other with an attitude I already started that order. Communication goes along way. Myself as a store manager used this as a teaching moment to my daughter. Idc what day your having don't ever treat guest like a problem. Put your issues aside and be there with a smile on.
