Me and my woman were on a getaway trip to Eureka Springs. We stayed in a cabin not too far from this restaurant. The first night we arrived, we figured we would try something local considering it was later in the night and we were kind of tired. We got to Anglers about an hour and a half before they closed yet they were super welcoming and friendly! They checked up on us regularly and joked around a bit which really gave us some comfort considering this was the first place we went to in Eureka :). I unfortunately don’t have any pictures of the seafood but it was SO good. Considering we came close to closing, the food still tasted fresh! We are from Little Rock where the fried seafood can be ok at times, but the catfish and shrimp here? No contest. My woman got the coconut shrimp (which she doesn’t particularly like fried things) but she couldn’t stop talking about how much she loved the shrimp there. I have never done this in my life but I personally asked if I can thank the chef in person because the seafood was bar none as far as the lightly deep fry and the taste. He came out for a bit to listen to me rant about how good of a job he did haha! It was so good that we were willing to go back there instead of trying a new restaurant the next day, but they are closed on certain days out of the week/year so we couldn’t visit them again before we left. If you are in the area and like seafood/fried seafood I would at least give this restaurant a shot. Very good food, not expensive for what you get, and really friendly people. Next time we visit Eureka we are going to make sure they are open so we can drop in! Thanks for reading...

Ok i want to say this place is hands down one of the top restaurants I've ever been too for a number of reasons.

Number one we came into town late (as we are from Kansas city) and didn't know everything closed up at 9pm and we showed up at like 8:40pm. And even being 20 minutes before close the staff was absolutely amazing, super friendly and beyond accommodating!!! Every staff member in this establishment was beyond nice, social, welcoming, and fantastic sense of humor.

Secondly the food came out ridiculously fast and was cooked to absolute perfection!!! The food literally comes out looking exactly like the pictures on the menu and online!!! And the portions are very comparative to the price per meal!!

Thirdly we decided we wanted to wrap up quickly and take what was left of our food to go back to our camper so these amazing people could get home to their families and once again the just amazing quality of service kicks in and the staff got us to go drinks, boxes, and even bags to help with carrying our food!!

I absolutely can not say enough good things about the amazing overall quality of this restaurant and it's staff!!!

I tend to be quite the connoisseur to restaurants back home as my business tends to have me on the road a lot and I absolutely love trying new places so I've been to a considerable amount of different places over the years and never have I been blown away with such amazing total package quality this establishment has!!

Every restaurant should model themselves off the Quality this...

We drove past this place on the way into Eureka Springs and saw that the parking lot was filled to capacity on Friday at dinner time. We stopped in on Sunday at about 11:30 a.m. for lunch. There was a handful of people there, but we almost left when nobody came to seat us. Luckily, we stayed. I ordered the 3 piece catfish meal which included 2 sides (I chose baked potato and okra) $20 on menu. My wife ordered 5 pieces jumbo shrimp with potato salad and coleslaw (on senior menu for $13). Both meals came with hush puppies. The food came quickly and was hot. We both thought the catfish was maybe as good, or better than, our favorite Kansas City restaurant. Large filets and breaded perfectly. The shrimp was good. The hush puppies were surprisingly good with corn inside. The potato salad was very good. The Cole slaw was so so. We saw that there was fried pie on the menu, so we gave it a try. There was a selection of 5 or 6 pies. We chose peach. It arrived with a golden brown crust and a side or vanilla ice cream. I enjoyed it because it was different, and because I have always liked ice cream as part of my dessert. All in all, the food was great with generous portions. When we left, the place was packed. The locals know a good thing when they see it (which is why we came in the...

If you are looking for your typical southern style seafood or some fish n chips style restaurant then Angler's may be able to help you...IDK, we wanted something out of the norm. We were not disappointed. Our server, Hope, was outstanding. She answered questions, made suggestions, and was not one of those servers that hover or just ignore her guests. I rarely give a place 5 stars, but when I do, it's with the understanding that there is always room for improvement. This place is no different. The service was beyond what should be expected from a server. Don't know what Hope makes, but I bet it isn't what she is worth. Almost 10 years in the food business (before moving on to bigger things), I have seen poor service and I have seen great service. Hope is exceptional. I digress, the food was incredible, I had the pike special and my wife had her fave, coconut shrimp. We were not disappointed. I wanna learn to make this pike recipe at home. It was so good. Fishing on the White and dining at Angler's was worth the 4.5 hour drive to get there. We will be back and Angler's is a must for dining when we get there.
