If I could give this manager no stars, I would. I came through on a Saturday and they were dead. I ordered two wraps to go. Got somebody else’s order that they handed me. I was in a rush and did not look at the receipt on the bag but when I did look in the bag while traveling, I saw that they had handed me someone else’s order. I tried to call but THEY DON’T EVEN HAVE a working phone. You (apparently) have to know this and call the truck stop that they are located in which I DID. Then, I was told a manager would get back to me. Crickets. Not a call… nothing. So I stopped into the store on my way back and told the manager what was going on. She asked me what card I used. (I honestly don’t remember which card) so I swiped the one that I usually use when I travel and it didn’t come up with the order…. After her searching to verify what I was saying was true and not actually able to trace the order, she said she would get the kitchen to remake the order but that I should bring in the receipt next time. I informed her that THEY HAD MY RECEIPT because I was given someone else’s! She was not very nice at all except she did call me “hon” when she handed me my paper bag when it was all said and done. Read moreThis Arby’s has gone downhill very quickly. Seemed great first few days, but we won’t eat there again. We’ve had 3-4 really bad meals in a row and we are done. Our meal last night was beyond awful. Tried the new seasonal sandwich with onion rings and the sandwich was an absolute mess. Top of bun was hard, meat inside was supposed to be stacked, but instead was sloppily places side by side in 2 clumps. Bottom bun, the box and the bag were completely soaked with wet greasy fluid. It was really bad. Crispy onions were non existent. Our onion rings had two they were undercooked and four that were so hard they were inedible. Our chicken bacon and Swiss wasn’t much better. Chicken had hard edges, bun felt stale, and cheese wasn’t even melted. How does that happen with a “hot” sandwich. We tried to eat some of this meal as we weren’t driving back there to deal with the people running the place, and it made us both feel sick. We will never go back. Read moreBeen here 3 times (4months time).. first time was fine. 2nd time they forgot 2 items I ordered. Which when I went back they asked no questions and remade them. This third time tonight though.. one of the basics I got was the french dip. Which when I got home they didnt put the aus ju in there.. second item was the 2 for 6. I got the chicken ranch sandwich and beef and chedder. . But they forgot to put the chicken ranch in the bag.. so I have to go back.. ( about 15-20 min round trip the stuff I did get were could by the time I got back) I'm not one to ask for compensation but after this 2nd time asked if they could maybe throw in some fries or jalapenos just for the inconvenience.... guy comes back saying he can give me a cookie.. with 2 other guys over his shoulder. I asked if I could get a number to call and he says I have to go online and call pilot..
