It's an okay restaurant. The young man at the door had a happy and delighted attitude. The young woman who brought out our food was very attentive to our questions for hot sauce and ketchup. She served our meals nicely. The other young man was very polite and attentive to make sure I didn't touch the hot tray holding my tacos and fries. We ordered off the Happy Hour and regular menu. Strong Margarita on the rocks was good. We ordered the Brussel sprouts for an appetizer, and they were pretty tasty! My husband said his prime rib dip was delicious. His Cajun fries were good. (upcharge for Cajun style) My son's gyro was good, but his sauce came, and it looked like it had ketchup under the gyro sauce, so he didn't use it. "That is strange," he said. He thought I dipped my ketchup smeared fries in his sauce. His Greek fries looked nicely done, but the dip thing weirded him out, and he didn't eat them. (Upcharge for Greek style) My pork belly tacos were bland after the first bite with the sauce that they squirted on them. The sauce should have been in mixture, in my opinion. The pork belly was dry, and mango pieces were hard and tart. My fries were cooked nicely. They had a happy hour, so prices were great. They were out of some items on the menu and Happy hour list. The food was fair, I am not going to run back, but I might go try a different dish if they put out another coupon. Men's bathroom was decent, my hubby say. Nice carvings of different animals and Eagles gave a nice Arlington logger vibe. Urban vibe was depicted around the bar and kitchen face. The waiter was a nice young man. He was honest and informative. I personally enjoyed the service more than the food.

Seeing the restaurant change its name me and my wife have been wanting to stop in and see the changes. I spoke with some of the staff and learned the place wanted to go in a bit of a different direction. As before with the Cafe Neo name it was known for its Mediterranean and Greek food it seems now it is going in the way of American comfort classics. The list of Gyros is cut way down to its original which is still offered on the lunch menu. Same with their bowls it retained 3 and also only offered during lunch. Some new additions to the menu include Firecracker shrimp which i have been told is very popular, a Portobello burger, Baked Raviolis and a Prime Rib Dip. Today i had the Ham & Bacon Chowder with a house salad on the side. My wife enjoyed the Chicken Caesar wrap. My soup was absolutely delicious although i wish it was a bit warmer when it came to the table. My Salad was great as well with the house made blue cheese. My wife was very happy with her wrap noting the ratio of ingredients was perfect. All in all i would definitely recommend this place. I think Arlington has been in need of a nice restaurant serving this type of food for a while.

2023 update.... Went back a couple months ago(sorry forgot to update this then) They no longer have a dedicated gluten free fryer! So be aware of this. I have a true allergy and this was one of four restaurants I could eat at fairly locally (within a 20-30 min drive) But I had to write them off. I couldn't believe they no longer have a separate fryer, I could cry 😭 I know of no other place to have gf fried fish and I am devastated that I had to remove this restaurant from my dining options. This affects my guy to. Wonderful service. Love the gluten free fried cod and fries. Edit 09/08/2019 still wonderful! Just went back today for lunch and the fish is the same! Love the consistency! So many times you dine out and when you come back months later, its completely cooked different. And usually not in a good way. The staff here are super friendly and Sundays are all day happy hour! Thanks again for the wonderful experience!

Been here a couple times, not coming back. The first time we went here, we had to move seats a few times due to a lighting issue and a mix up of being sat in a 21+ bar and one of us was still waiting for our IDs to be renewed (it was his birthday to renew it and the new driver's license was still in the mail). We got to watch two waitresses fight over who would be tending to our table right in front of us. That was fun...

The final time we were seated the third waitress that took over for us was very kind and sympathetic, but we weren't given any silverware and were missing menus. We even had a problem where we ordered something with no tomatoes due to allergies and it showed up with tomatoes anyways. The waitress even seemed to be having a hard time with all of the stuff happening and couldn't stop laughing nervously. A gentleman took over for her that was incredibly charismatic, charming, quick to serve us and quick to check on us and we left regards with the hostess for the outstanding job he did.

The next time we came we were seated with no silverware and waited more than 10 minutes to get our orders taken. The waitress was definitely on top of allergy information and making sure that was being handled, but the gyro I was served poured oil and grease through the wrapper and onto my hand, the table and my lap and I hadn't even taken a bite yet. I even had a conversation with them because the first time I went my gyro was very soggy and she recommended a different kind and told me she'd check with the kitchen. They remade it for me without any pesto but it by that point I chose to just take it home since it was just meat and lettuce in a bare wrap. Halfway through our meal, our waitress left. She didn't inform us, in fact no one did, and the guy that took over spent an incredible amount of time with his two tables and didn't talk to us until we flagged him down after sitting unattended with our plates empty for more than 30 minutes to ask what happened.

Not only that, I asked him for the bills and told him how it needed to be divided, but when he (eventually) came back with them, he reached past me and handed one bill to my husband and the other to our friend and said "my man, my man." I asked for the bill for the two of us. I was the one engaging with him where my husband wasn't even looking at the waiter. I thought I made it pretty clear I was paying, but he reached past me and tried handing it to my husband because he was a man. Having to reach over to my husband's side and take the bill from the waiter's hand and put my card in it was probably the most awkward and one of the more humiliating moments I had to experience. I was so upset. I never want to have to experience something...

My friend and I had a meal here last Friday night. As we were seated, we were told the menu was "being changed"...and therefore some things were not available. No flatbreads, not any kind of chicken. No verbal choices were offered, or even mentioned. It left us with a very limited menu.... We decided to order a few drinks off the menu, once again, we were told the menu was in transition and alot of the drinks were not available, but were not verbally offered any alternatives. Our alarm bells were going off by this time, but we gamely forged ahead as we were tired and hungry. Waiter said it was his 5th night there. Ok, everybody deserves a chance, so we ordered the burger, and the fish and chips. Greasiest meals we've had in a long time. To add insult to injury, the people next to us were served a flatbread by the same waiter that told us they were not available. While this was happening, someone in the kitchen said "Chicken is ready"....and that meal was delivered to a nearby table. What?! Are you kidding? Also, it was Friday late afternoon, not busy at all, so no excuse there. We just wanted to get out of there. My protest was I was going to only leave 10% tip, which I felt was generous under the circumstances. Well, you have to manually enter the tip amount, I ended up giving him a 10 cent tip. Ok, that's not what I intended, so fiddled around trying to work out how to give 10 percent. Way too complicated at this stage, so left an 18% tip, which is the minimum choice. I'm now thinking I should have left the dime tip, at least it would have let management know that service and food were below ordinary. Get your S&*% together. If you haven't got new menus printed up, then offer what is on the old one. Anway, won't be going back...
