I visited this place 7 months ago and had a bad experience. I decided to check it out again hoping it would have improved. This one was a worse experience. I ordered two large NO CUT pizzas. When I showed up there a couple of minutes after the promised time, the rep asked me to wait another 6-7 minutes. I showed up again and found out they had cut one of the pizzas. They asked for more time. While I was waiting I saw a whole lot of bad restaurant practices. The lady preparing pizzas had no gloves and was touching all ingredients, dough and everything else with bare hands. The manager girl and worker employee were repeatedly touching ready pizzas with their hands while handling. The worker was handling money bills with the same hands and at one time grabbed some money from the register and shoved in his back pocket. When I saw that my pizza had been ready outside the sliding oven for at least five minutes, I reminded the manager that it was already more than 20 minutes past my promised time and the pizza had been sitting ready there for at least five minutes, she got upset grabbed the pizza and slammed it in a box. She used her bare hands to center it in the box. Finally I received my pizza like 25 minutes past the promised time. I do not see myself getting any food from there any more. I wasn't able to create a new review; I had to edit my previous one that follows: I paid premium price for the pizzas, delivery charges, and driver tip. However, the pizza was delivered very cold and was not kept in their usually used keep-warm bag. Very disappointed.

After seeing 3.2 star rating and the last 2 experiences with their service and delivery I understand the reason. This is the second time within 3 weeks these guys have screwed our order. Last time they brought us wrong drinks but I gave them benefit of doubt and did not complain. Things happen. Today literally less than an hour ago we placed $85.00 order their website didn't work to add tip so I had 17.00 cash ready, but the guy showed up with only the 2 pizzas. When the baby sitter asked for rest of the order the delivery person replied, this is it, and walked away. I wish I could share my ring doorbell video!! We called the store and the rep said we CAN TRY to deliver the rest or give you credit...hey store manager here's the latest on the news if I didn't want the rest of the food i wouldnt have ordered it. One star for getting my correct rest of the order delivery almost 2 hours later. And yes we did tip the driver cash Pizza Hut. All the skeptical of this locations, stay skeptical.

Ordered a pizza online. Got estimated time for delivery. 1 hour after the delivery window, still no pizza. I call and the automated voice says they have the order and are working on it and hangs up. Call back, get a human, say I would like to check to see when my pizza will be delivered, they placed me on hold. I hung up after 5 minutes. Terrible service, surprised the corporate people are ok with such terrible consistent ratings for this location! After 2 hours and still no pizza, finally got someone on the phone, but they said they were in call center and had to transfer me to the store...sat on hold for another 13 minutes before someone finally answered. They stated the order was ready and they are just waiting on Door Dash to deliver the pizza. I ordered through Pizza Hut website, not door dash app. Pizza never arrived. Had to send family members to collect the pizza and ask for it to be remade fresh. The person at the store was very nice and worked to correct the issue with credit to remove the delivery charges and tip for delivery driver from the receipt. Oh, and by the time they got back with the pizza and I opened it, it was not what I ordered, the toppings were incorrect (ordered italian sausage, jalepinos and bacon for toppings, received pepperoni and jalepinos). Overall terrible experience! I suggest you order from Dominos or anywhere else, your experience will most likely be much better!

I used to eat here weekly bc it’s Pizza Hut the pizza is good but the staff has taken this place to 1 star and even the response team to whom contacted me back about my order for 47$ that got cancelled I have yet to get my money back nor did the sm/Gm contact me on this matter if it refreshes any pm employees mind I ordered two pizzas and cheesy bread. The p.m. young lady did not know how to refund my cheesy bread since she claimed there was none so she decided to cancel my entire order and not refund me my money she canceled my order so I went online the Pizza Hut way and I complained I was contacted back and let know that the situation was going to be escalated. It most likely wasn’t or you’re telling me that whoever the SM or GM doesn’t care enough to contact consistent customers back about money that is basically stolen from customers because I never got my money. I never got my pizza. I have a portal. You can clearly see how much hundreds and hundreds of dollars I’ve spent at this place , brushing off the fact the employees are horrible. I still wanted the pizza because it’s worth it. The pizza is good. Pizza has always been horrible but I am a business owner myself.
