The Dosa Dips Food Truck & Catering — Restaurant in Artesia

Don’t know what’s going on here, if they are even a restaurant. I was excited to see this place but when I came today, I saw that there were 2 trays of rice (no cover) on the floor and a bunch of to go order in containers all laid out on the flier. There was no one at the cash register and there were ladies cooking but not paying me any attention. I just walked out because that is the strangest restaurant scene I have ever seen.
