This restaurant I will give 0 point!!! 这家餐厅我给0分!!! Me and my coworker all are the old customers of this restaurant, and the long-time old customers! ! ! I bought ten Chinese burgers at dinner yesterday. Today, we found all of them are lean meat. The taste is very bad. Because my children don’t like the tastes, so I call them and ask if the chief is wrong. Use Beef not pork; The two employee of the restaurant answer the phone, and their attitude is all no patient and bad; while I am talking, they are also talking at the same time, not giving the customer a chance to speak! They also mentioned that I ordered a bowl of noodles yesterday because I didn't like it, so I give it to my coworker, and then I order another one and we paid both! And we paid more than 30% tips when we checked out yesterday! I asked to communicate with the boss, the employee said that I will never talk to their boss! The employee said that They will give me back the tip! And Let me wash cleaning a plastic cup I take form their restaurant; This plastic cup is the ice water cup that sometimes I take away when I go to eat. When I back to their restaurant again , I will return it to them. I asked them which restaurant’s customer need customer cleaning the cup when they finished drinking and cleaning cup leave it on the table! The employee also told me that let me never go to their restaurant again!
Such a restaurant! Such a employee! Such a service! And such a terrible attitude! It the first time I met in my life ! And I am an old customer, my company's employees are also their old customers! Long time old customer!!!

Handmade noodles are where it's at, yo! Much better than your average store-bought packaged brand. Shang Jie Kitchen is a Taiwanese restaurant specializing in, you guessed it, noodles. Having Shang Jie on my culinary radar, I made my way here for a quick lunch on a weekday.
No lunch specials, only a la carte.
Lamb noodle soup- Unsure of what I should order from their specialty noodles, I went with the recommendation of an employee and chos the lamb noodle soup. Being on the cover of the to-go menu, I had a good feeling about this (not a Solo:A Star Wars Story reference). Chunks of lamb, seaweed, tofu skin, wood ear mushrooms & cilantro. Not to mention 2 types of noodles - glass noodles and thick noodles. The thick noodles had a wonderful chewiness to them. Similar to the mouth feel of udon, only flattened. The light broth permeated with the delectable fat from the lamb. I did find the lamb chunks a little tough for my preference, but not a deal breaker in the overall experience. The lamb noodle soup was filling, fortifying and an excellent lunch, especially with a liberal dowsing of chili oil from the condiment tray.
Service was good. I waited only a few minutes for my order to arrive. A fair amount of seating, Shang Jie Kitchen has a round table for large gatherings, but the tables and booths can quickly fill up, depending upon the time of day.
Located south of Burger King, Shang Jie Kitchen cannot be seen from the street. Just enter the plaza in front of Thailicious and the restaurant will be at the end, with free parking.
Use your noodle! Especially when it's chewy and handmade, as it is here at Shang Jie Kitchen. I enjoyed my piping hot bowl of lamb noodle soup and look forward to trying the rest of the menu. With the first bite, diner can tell the difference in noodle quality. Being close by and inexpensive, Shang Jie Kitchen has made the list on my regular food rotation.
