Burger King — Restaurant in Ashdown

Rude people, very filthy establishment!

We ordered some impossible burgers through the app. When we went in the store, she rudely told us "we're out of them, you'll have to get a refund through your app and I don't know how to do that". Then she turned around and started talking with the cook. She ignored us the rest of the the time, while we tried to order something else while we worked on our refund.

They had given us a pop before they told us they were out of burgers, so now of course we had to pay for that. We ended up getting some fries along with it, and asked them to downsize one of the items (BK's have this rule once per day per visit).. She said ok, acted like she did something on the register, but never gave us any discount.

The fries ended up being extremely old and only 3/4 full. The restaurant itself was extremely filthy and all the employees cared about is making their own jokes and ignoring customers. This restaurant needs some serious inspections and review by the owner. If you hope to go to this BK, find another place.. You deserve...

The employee with the name tag that spells c h a n he's African-American has itchy looking skin that works at the drive-thru window very nasty disposition and very rude asked us to move our car up when there was no one in line as well as I went into the restaurant to retrieve my food and he asked me did I have a problem I have pictures of the four pieces of bacon which was two sides of bacon I received I didn't drink my iced coffee because I felt that he may have spit in it they need to not have him working at the drive-thru poor representation of Burger King in the awesome Hospitality I've received from other places I've traveled all over the world settling here in Texarkana this black man and I'm saying black man because I'm a black woman needs to not be working at Burger King and I will not be going back to visit or to get any food from there because I felt that it was tainted after I've spent $20 it was $18.49 for the breakfast thanks and...

Pulled up to the drive-through. No answer to my "hello?" Pulled around. 1 car in front of me. The driver was deep into a conversation with the drive-through cashier. Backed up, pulled around and went inside. After a minute (I'm the only person at the counter), drive-through through cashier walks right past me until the person making burgers in the back called her to my attention. She apologized for not seeing me. I placed my order. She had to stop because the register wasn't cleared from a previous purchase. Then, the amount was double what it should have been. So, now she re-rings the order. Correct amount now. One of the two meal burgers is put out. There's a discussion about there are two and not just one meal orders. About 5 minutes later, meal burger #2 is started. 2nd burger is put out. Then, another 6 or 7 minutes waiting for the fries. The food was good, what you'd expect. But don't have to be somewhere anytime soon if you go there...
