My past 3 experiences with Ashdown Pizza Hut

These were all placed online & I’m starting to see the pattern how they put off deliveries & also orders placed through app.

#1 I ordered $5 deal with a medium pizza, wings & drinks. It took a hour for my pizza to deliver then the driver forgot my drinks. Not to mention he asked did I need any prescription pills before he left. I open up my pizza & the toppings are off the pizza. I call & a manager brings a new pizza & drink to me personally.

#2 I waited an hour & half after ordering then called. They said they forgot about order but starting it & having it delivered. After 20 minutes online status hadn’t changed so I called to be told it was just out the oven. I told the manager I was on the way to avoid having to wait for the delivery driver. They said okay. I get to the store & they can’t find my order. At the same time the deliver driver is calling saying she left my food with a neighbor?!?! I got a refund for my order

#3 I order through the app for pickup. I arrived 25 minutes after order had been placed (said was ready for pickup after 15 minutes) I get there & they say a few minutes almost ready. I’m waiting at the window for 20+ Minutes with 6 cars behind me. A lady comes to the window & asks if I need help I tell her my name & she’s looking at orders confused so I just asked for a refund. Pretty much waited 50 minutes for a pizza & cheese sticks & didn’t get squat.

for delivery, I had my children and I physically could not drive due to surgery. My order, including tip totaled $67.52. After the order didn’t arrive on time, I called to check and they said there was “a glitch in the system” and it had been processed as a carry out & I had to come get it. I explained the situation and that I could not due to surgery, i even offered to purchase another small item and pay the delivery fee so that they could bring both orders at once. Every solution I offered was rejected, and with a lot of attitude. Manager Anna Moss said it was impossible and they couldn’t do it. She was so rude and unprofessional. After speaking to her boss, he informed me that she was wrong about the payment processing. I requested a refund that day and have contacted customer service (and called the store) 3-4x since then and have not received a call back. I even offered to send copies of my transaction history so that they would see that the money was debited but...
