The trick is located on the back side of Zillicoah Brewery, go through the brewery or around the covered patio side. It's quite far back. The last time I had Filipino food was over 10 years ago so take this with a grain of salt - I could be doing it all wrong. I asked about the menu, and wanted to try the lumpia. I went with the Platter, which comes with 5 lumpia, 3 skewers, a thimble of pickles, java rice, orange-color sauce, brown-color sauce, and soy sauce. It's too much lumpia and not enough of everything else for a shared meal and too much for a single meal. I dipped the lumpia in the orange and the brown, preferring the orange, but both were tasty. The lumpia was the standout for me, dipped or plain. The rice was a bit gummy and underseasoned so I poured the thimble of soy sauce on top and that helped a bit. I dipped the chicken and pork skewers in the brown and orange, but preferred the brown. The skewers were dry and tough. I wanted to like these more, but the flavor was underwhelming and they were difficult to eat. I loved the pickles and wish there was more than a spoonful. The folks were super friendly and the presentation is good, but the food was a bit all over the place and nothing was particularly great or memorable. Could be an off night, could be early days. Give it a shot and see for yourself.

First time to visit this place and their food. We didn't find the place right away it was way at the back of a big building, Zillicoah Beer Co. I wish there is a signage to direct you to the food truck. There are picnic tables where you can enjoy nice weather and food. I'm a filipino of course, I ordered chicken adobo. Chicken adobo is a filipino dish that is made of chicken, soy sauce and vinegar and a bit of sugar (for some they add brown sugar) I think the chicken adobo I had today was ok but not great. It should be balance of salty, sour and sweet flavors i didnt taste the sourness/vinegar. But people have different taste and preference. We never know until we try. The staff are friendly and service was fast.

No notes—this place is perfect. Friendly staff, fast service, and food that’s probably unlike anything you’ve had recently. I got the chicken adobo and it was heinously good. Too big a portion for me to eat comfortably in one sitting, so I tried to dodge the white rice to make room for the other bits. But the sauce left behind by the chicken was so delicious I needed to sop it up with rice and eat that too. Now I’m absolutely stuffed and happier than I’ve maybe ever been. I would like to kiss the cheek of everyone involved in bringing this plate to life. Run don’t walk, every minute you live not having had this food is a mistake.

Third time to try the food. At first was when they had the food truck at Zillicoah brewery, which was great. And recently visited the one at Rad brewing. Unfortunately the first time trying their lechon, and it wasn't like any other Filipino lechon that I have eaten. This one was almost too crispy to the point of it seems to me that the food was deep fried twice even 3 times. Usually, lechon would be roasted, not fried. And the next day I gave it another try. This time I tried grilled pork belly and pork lumpia, which was great. However, after paying I was told to hang a bit for the food and I wasn't given pager to let me know if the food is ready to be pick up. So I did and waited for awhile. And noticed the customer behind me already got their food, so I was wondering where is my food. Apparently they gave my food to the person behind me. And thankfully they were honest and gave the food back to the food truck and wave me to come to pick up the food. This is all because they didn't give me a pager and told me to hang a bit. While I observed everyone else gotten their pager so they could find seat while waiting for their food. Unfortunately that didn't...
