Second review: I am officially done with this location. I love how close and convenient it is, but it's not worth my frustration just about every time. We love going there for breakfast. BUT nothing is ever right. Be aware of the bacon. You literally have to tell them "well done" otherwise it's a few degrees of being raw. Well done is a little better, unless you actually like crispy bacon. You always have to check your food before leaving. The breakfast crew is not great. I wasnt even given a reciept this morning. If you get a bacon biscuit, you'll be lucky to have one half piece of bacon on it. This morning we had a half peice of bacon only, and cold cheese on each biscuit. All of them were cold. They didn't even attempt to serve us warm food. It's literally every single time. And the fact that they just don't care if you aren't happy.

First review: Went through the drive through to get my kids a couple hot fudge sundaes. I decided to get an Oreo brownie cupfection. Extremely disappointed. There was maybe an inch of ice cream in the bottom of the cup, a tad bit of hot fudge, an entire round brownie sitting on top, with a few whole oreos. No marshmallow syrup at all. By the time I broke up the brownie and oreos I had maybe a thin layer of ice cream coating the brownie peices. Almost $7 for this?!? I have ordered these a lot and they have never been like this. I only give this a 3 star review because the kids were happy with their sundaes. I on the other hand, am not happy with the $7 I spent on one treat. I feel completely ripped off. I wish I would have thought to take pictures.

This is the restaurant to go to if you want to be waited on by stuck up highschoolers who hate their job and act like they can't be fired. It's by far the worst customer service I've experienced anywhere in Ashland. I noticed multiple employees touching food no gloves and they will fix their hair and go right on touching food without washing hands. My fries were cold, toast was okay, the strips I got were barely sauced because most of the sauce was actually on the outside of the box and over everything else in it. It was like they took a regular tender box and poured some sauce in the box over the food. I gave it back got a refund with no apology and left. I live almost 4 miles further from the other one but I will go there from now...

I'm 72 and went through and got me and my husband he was at home. Got us 2 med peanut butter blizzard. One was full the other wasn't. But where I was by my self I ask if I could please have a lid and instead of a dome lid he put a flat lid and stuck his finger on mine and rake some of my ice cream out . And then I ask for a carrier because I have a new car and didn't want it to get on my car. And he act like he was about to die. Just for asking . I finally got it then he didn't say thank you he just shut the window real quick . Didn't say anything . You all need to go and train them over again .
