Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Athens-Clarke County Unified Government

So after 3 years nothing has changed customer service still non existent for me at the Dunkin location maybe it's the way I look waited at the ice cream section for at least 10-12 minutes no one acknowledged my presence at all saw the looks in my direction but no one said a word and there were at least 6 people on duty 1 male worker that was cleaning the sink area and the rest were all female. There was only one other customer that had been waited on just before I walked in the young lady that waited on him saw me when I walked up to the ice cream section she left the front and walked to the back so I stood and waited looked at both sections of ice cream still no response walked over to the doughnut section that's when I ask the guy if there is someone working ice cream so he stopped his cleaning and waited on me and he apologized for the wait. Thank goodness someone finally helped me. Their customer service is a direct reflection on the store manager good or bad. Demographics plays a major part in most of the high volume restaurants and supermarkets in this area maybe with one or two exceptions and whatever the majority is that's what is hired with a sprinkle of exceptions. Baskin-Robbins has my favorite ice cream, however, we have visited the one in Athens GA for the last time. Our first visit ended with a drive to the store only to find the hours posted online were wrong and they were closed. We just tried again.
