I had a milkshake. It had too much milk and not enough ice cream and the chocolate chips were huge which of course they had been frozen solid and they were whole not blended. Nothing tasted unique about the ice cream to me. I would have preferred to have bought store-bought ice cream thrown in the blender with the amount of milk I wanted and blended my own milkshake instead. It cost five and a half dollars to get a not very large runny milkshake. However, there was a huge line of people in the restaurant so maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. La Michoacana is a Mexican ice cream store franchise. I have eaten it several of these and choose to because their ice cream is wonderful. I personally choose their ice cream that is homemade fresh but they also make fruit bars that are quite popular. They have a number of unique flavors but some traditional ones also.
