I arrived at your store for lunch and Mary (I assume this was her name it was. That was printed on the receipt she was Not wearing a name tag) she was working your front counter. She stood with her back to me sweeping for about 2 minutes and did not speak nor acknowledge that I walked into the store, even though she was aware I was present She did not turn around. Until other guest came from the bathroom. She ignored me and began addressing the guest from the restroom. I thought this was rude but I let it go only because. I was really in the mood for this fried okra so I let it go. I then ordered my food then stepped aside. She went from cleaning handling money to immediately grabbing food and putting it in bags. I was a little taken back by this. I then ask her to please wash your hands before she handled my food. She looked at me after I had ordered my food and rolled her eyes at me, she was acting offended that I asked and went back to sweeping. I stood there in shock as she was handling the other guest food. I then asked her again to wash her hands because she was just cleaning and handling the money of the previous customer. She refused refused, I was blown away. She then began to bag my food up and attempt to give it to me. I then promptly asked to get receive a refund. She got an immediate attitude. Then called someone from the back to carry out my transaction. The other worker with no problems gave me my refund then told me it can take up to 48 hours. I then stated young lady you work with food you have to wash your hands in between tasks. You cannot clean and then immediately handle people's food. She then said in response, "You can Get Out, Leave". I exited the premise without exchanging words further. I left in complete disbelief and hungry. This experience was completely disrespectful, disheartening and avoidable. This situation happen and I was not going to say a word. I just decide not to return to your store. But even though my food only came to $7.04. I was completely offended to receive my refund only for it to be re-withdrawn again. At this point it's just the principal.    Read moreI was really surprised at the management in this location she had a lot to say. She was upset about a situation of another co-worker. And a customer to whom the co-worker threw a drink on. I found out to be really unprofessional for her to be speaking about it out loud to me and anyone else who was listening. I also did not like how One manager was upset with another manager who she claimed she quit . And then for my understanding the manager called her and apologize and she came back it was just a mess. I can say the chicken was fresh and it was hot and also from my experience the biscuits were bigger this time they seem really small and not sweet compared to what they used to be. but most of all my concern is everyone's uniform extremely dirty the gentleman who was the cashier was upfront and his looked as if he rolled right out of bed. it just did not look good for this to be an eating establishment . it appeared to me that there was only one person to whom had a clean fresh uniform on. And that was the gentleman who was frying the chicken in the back. I just feel that better hygiene is in question. People should be more neatly dressed. And attitude should be checked at the door. And anything that took place among the job needs to stay in the job and not discuss out loud. So consumers such as myself can hear your whole conversation. person in the back. I asked the lady that answered if they could fix the order because of the glitch she put me on hold to ask her rude and unprofessional manager. He said straight out no! I told her "let me speak to him" as she's trying to get him on the phone I can jear him ssying I just told her no.. She said I already told her - like a child in trouble. Listen people this is chicken not law justice or health. When he took that phone I said "I can hear yall" he said what?
