Lil Kiko's Taqueria — Restaurant in Atlanta

I am just so disappointed in the service. The food is subpar but I account that to the fact that when I am telling the person I would like a steak burrito with extra cheese, onions, cilantro and pico that she just refuses to listen. I once paid for extra Cilantro/onions on my taco and promise it was literally 3 cilantro leaves for 50¢. I was so mad. Those were pick up walk in. I tried to doordash so perhaps they can read my request for extra Cilantro, nope!! There is no attention to detail. The only food that comes hot is the eggs bc that's the most fresh. Otherwise my food is never at temp. It was better when the Dominican lady worked. These new ladies have terrible attitudes and listening skills. I watched them refuse to verbalize their breakfast options for a man that was genuinely asking for help....

Perfecto! Quick and fresh. The ladies are nice, but they don't speak English. I challenge myself to go out of my comfort zone and use my limited Spanish to order and communicate with them.

However, I've seen customers get very rude because they don't understand what's being asked. It's got to be frustrating on both sides the customers and the employees working. They aren't being rude, they just don't speak English y eso está bien. It might be a better business decision to employee at least one worker that is bilingual.

My only complaint is sometimes they run out of certain ingredients (pollo), and I can't...

No, just no. $3.75 for one sopes that looked like it was for a baby bcuz it was so small... I asked for no onions, and she put a lot on. Also, my husband asked for barbacoa, but he didn't even get what he asked for. When I went for a refund, they were shocked to ask if there was nothing wrong with my little sopes🤣😂 one girl said, "Are you serious."
