Drove up to Atlanta for business. Looked up somewhere online to go eat. We always like to try places that are not available in our town. Found Luigi's on Google and went. Everyone was nice. The staff is probably high schoolers, which is fine except that they don't have a lot of customer service experience. Our waitress was nice, but answered questions she obviously didn't know the answer to. We got a child's ravioli. I asked if it was "cheese" ravioli, and she told me yes. Well, it was beef filled. The only cheese is what was on top. We got the Olive Oil dip. I asked if it had balsamic vinegar in it, and she replied yes. It didn't. I wanted to know the difference in a regular plate of lasagna and a child's plate to compare prices and what i should get for my son. She really couldn't explain that either.

Overall, the food was acceptable. The restaurant was quaint. I didn't care for the Olive Oil dip. I can't pinpoint it, but it had I believe an overbearing garlic flavor. It's probably perfect for true Italians. The pricing was reasonable, I believe. It was an average visit at best. Can't say we would never go there again. We might. However, we won't...

Luigi's, the local Italian restaurant in Atlanta, TX, has captured our hearts with its delectable offerings and cozy atmosphere. We are regulars at Luigi's, and every visit is a delightful experience. Their pizza is a slice of heaven, boasting a fragile and crispy crust loaded with fresh toppings. The spaghetti is another favorite of ours, with a rich, savory sauce that's nothing short of authentic. One of the highlights of Luigi's is their antipasto salad, a vibrant medley of flavors and textures that tickles the taste buds. It's a must-try for anyone looking to explore the variety of Italian cuisine. Now, let's talk about the warm, buttery, and absolutely irresistible garlic bread. It's a perfect appetizer setting the tone for a fantastic meal. What makes Luigi's even more remarkable is the warm and inviting ambiance. It's a place to unwind, enjoy great food, and create cherished memories with loved ones. If you're in Atlanta, TX, craving authentic Italian fare, take advantage of Luigi's. The combination of mouthwatering dishes and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a local gem that we can't recommend enough....

If there was an option for ZERO stars, they definitely would have gotten it!! We went today for Easter as a family. Everyone received their food, and I hadn’t gotten mine. I wait a little bit longer thinking that it will be here soon. She starts taking another order of our party that arrived after we did… while she is doing that we asked her if she can check on my chicken Alfredo! She responds.. oh you haven’t gotten yours yet? Umm no ma’am! So she comes back and said they are fixing it now and will take about 10 minutes! Well ok… she brings it when it’s done and puts it in front of me… I look at it and then at her and ask where is my chicken? She goes and comes back and said ok they are cooking your chicken. When the chicken arrives my noodles are COLD! It tasted so bad that I only managed to eat a few bites!! We asked if she could atleast mark the price down a little bit? She said I will see. We get our ticket and it wasn’t! I absolutely will NOT EVER be back!!!!!! And anyone who ask I will tell them I...

We had the bruscetta barese for appetizer. Delicious! Tons of garlic, basil and tomatoes. For main course i had pasta Primavera. I would recommend asking them to not include the marinara in the sauce. I think it would be better flavor if they just had white sauce but that's a personal preference. Their bread knots are soft and have a small amount of cheese attaching 4 knots, which you tear apart. The Ceasar salad is pretty good, maybe a little more lettuce and a little less croutons. But their Mozzarella cheese sticks are homemade and substantial. I was very grateful their portions are not super large. I don't feel overwhelmed when eating. The smell when you first walk in really sets the tone since it smells AMAZING! Which makes eating so much better. They have tables and booths and the tables at their booths are HUGE. Very long. Enough to hold probably 4 people on each side and a very large amount of room on the table. The servers were super attentive and fast. We went on a Saturday night about 6pm.

Wish I would have checked the reviews 1st. I was driving through from Houston to Memphis and I never heard of Atlanta. I thought it was cool so I wanted to stop and get something different. I love Italian food!! So I stopped by here because I never had a bad experience at an Italian place. The service was nice. Atmosphere was great. I love the music. The Italians would be upset at my order of spaghetti and meatballs. There wasn't much of an Italian taste to it. The spaghetti tasted like it was Great Value from Kroger. A little hard. The sauce was flavorless or maybe just salt and pepper. Sauce was straight out of a can in my opinion. Tomato paste. The meatballs were delicious and filled with flavor. Odd. It was hott. But I wouldn't return to try something different.

We were just passing through Atlanta, TX and did not expect a restaurant as great as this. Luigi’s had a welcoming staff that gave us the option of some great specials. I decided on the Tilapia Piccata, one of my favorite all-time Italian dishes. Really I love anything served with this delicious sauce. It definitely met my expectations! The house made bread was baked to perfection. My husband chose the Spinach ravioli. He loved it! The reasonable prices were a nice surprise as well. So I must recommend this fabulous restaurant whether you are a local or a passerby like me. Thank you for the friendly service! I hope to pass by again soon.
