Drove up to Atlanta for business. Looked up somewhere online to go eat. We always like to try places that are not available in our town. Found Luigi's on Google and went. Everyone was nice. The staff is probably high schoolers, which is fine except that they don't have a lot of customer service experience. She starts taking another order of our party that arrived after we did… while she is doing that we asked her if she can check on my chicken Alfredo! She responds.. oh you haven’t gotten yours yet? Umm no ma’am! So she comes back and said they are fixing it now and will take about 10 minutes! Well ok… she brings it when it’s done and puts it in front of me… I look at it and then at her and ask where is my chicken? She goes and comes back and said ok they are cooking your chicken.
