I'm always looking for an excellent ordering experience and customer service since I'm only willing to give the same when helping customers. I walked in without a greeting and the young lady with braids looked as if she was getting ready to go the back of the store. When I fully walked in front of the counter to order she then explained that they had just got done baking more bread for service and the bread wasn't ready for sandwich making. After asking if all bread was just baked for confirmation. I was then told by another young lady with curly hair that it would be a 15min wait until any sandwiches could be made because the bread wasn't cool enough for service.
