​Sweet Scentsations Bakery — Restaurant in Atoka

I've ordered several cakes (4 or more per year)... Each time, there has always been a problem with the cakes...

For example, earlier this year - I emailed them a picture of the cake I wanted. I get to the facility to pick it up - the cake looks NOTHING like the picture I sent them! I told them I wasn't happy at all. She made the cake over and got it right.

The same happened two weeks ago - sent the a picture of a cake. Picked up the cake, the color of the cake is NOTHING like the picture. I told her I wasn't happy because the color was supposed to be green - it was mostly white. She changed it within 10 minutes.

I like the people at Sweet Sensations because the lady always fixes the cake right the 2nd time, but it's annoying...especially since I pay $$$ for their cakes. I don't get a discount when they mess up my cakes...please get it together, Sweet Sensations! I don't want to take my business elsewhere, but I will if this keeps happening...I like the staff here, but this can't keep happening! So I called last minute on a Saturday to have an astrology cake made for Monday. She told me they are actually closed Sunday’s and Monday’s but if I send a picture of the cake they can possibly have it done Sunday for pick up since they had others already picking up cakes for Sunday. They ended up making the cake for me which they didn’t have to do and I greatly appreciate that. The cake was exactly how I wanted it and my wife loved it! The cake itself was absolutely delicious. Called last minute before the Christmas holiday weekend asking for a cake to be made. My fire station wanted on to give to the cops for Christmas, we have good humor fun between the two professions. Bakery was able to put the custom design on the cake and had a super quick turn around so as we could have it for the holidays.
