While in Atoka, Oklahoma a stop at the Soda Shop and coffee bar is a must. Say hello to Robin and grab an old fashion Malt, soda or a coffee. Robin is the mom of Jordan Rainer from the Voice. Jordan sang one of Reba’s songs the first season that Reba was a judge. No pressure 😉 Sunny aka PaPa from the Buffalo Nickel, old fashion candy shop told us about a Coca Cola sign we had to see. It was found and preserved for all to see and admire. I had to get a Latte for the road/trip home. Excellent This town and shop didn’t disappoint. You felt like you’d been thrust back in time to when things were slower and everyone was a friend.

The owners of this shop are so friendly and provide top notch service!! They have recently collaborated with the buffalo nickel, a candy shop that is located just across the street. So in addition to their usual delicious coffees and sodas, they now have taffy and other fun candy and treats. My family and I have stopped by here every time we are in downtown and are never disappointed!! Every drink we’ve tried has been delicious.

Such a great addition to Atoka , if you ever pass through it’s just a short block away from the main road. Make sure to stop in and get you a refreshing cold drink from friendly folks! My husband and I popped in after eating lunch at Reba’s to grab a drink for the road and we weren't disappointed! Highly recommend the dirty soda “Sasquatch”!
