Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Attica

Honestly very disappointed. I've been enjoying pizza hut for many years, at many locations. Attica Pizza Hut has hit the 3 strikes of my limitations. This last time, being the worst. The curbside pickup option is available online, yet does not work when you arrive. You have to call, and wait on hold to speak with someone. You might as well just stop providing the curbside service all together. We get the Pizza home (4 medium pizzas), and it's just tragic. Way too much sauce, practically sliding the toppings off the pizza. The cheese was portioned extremely conservatively, and the crust was roughly two inches of each slice. To make it simple, it was mostly dough, with not enough cheese and way too much sauce. How did they rectify the issue? We will give you a credit on your account... Low quality pizza, that we spent our time and fuel to pick up is answered by a credit. This is just one of 2 other bad experiences by Attica Pizza Hut. Time to enjoy someone else's pizza. Shame on...

sheesh what a bad experience...i walked up to the counter to place an order and i guess that was an ordeal and she has to get someone for that. i waited until a few customers went by and decided to get back in line and said i want a large sausage...i place the order and wait 15mins, go back in and now a guy says my pork pizza is ready...i say pork? girl shows up and says sausage is pork....i say but like italian sauage, is what i want, she says i wouldnt like the italian sausage here....so she selected pork.... ..... .....cause she doesnt like the Italian sausage.....the guy shows me the pizza it and i say sure k whatever i dont want to argue. i eat two pieces and stomach hurts...and the unseasoned pork sausage made the pizza taste like a breakfast pizza. ask for a refund from the manager guy that sounded sick, didnt go so well. hence...

When Pizza Hut redesigned the Attica, Indiana store interior they stripped everything that connected the community from the walls and replaced those items with generic photos that could have been taken anywhere. That was a very disappointing move! The customer waiting are for takeout orders is large enough for maybe two people. Very poor design! I feel like I am blocking the people who are coming in to be seated. The old design had designated spaces for people to wait for seating and carry out customers. On the good side, the Pizza Hut food quality is at its usual high standards . . . but that is to be expected. I'm so terribly disappointed that the interior decorations had to take such a turn toward corporate, instead of...
