Honey Dew Donuts — Restaurant in Attleboro

Went to the honeydew on County Street this morning to get myself a tea a bagel and some Hashbrowns. Asked for a bagel with cream cheese on the side toasted my tea two teabags black and an order of hashbrowns. When I got my order the tea was correct the hashbrowns were still frozen. The bagel was toasted with cream cheese on it not on the side. And when I told them inside honeydew that they put the cream cheese on it and not on the side the young gentleman that was there rip the bagel out of my hand and threw it on the ground close the door and proceeded to say the F word about a half a dozen times and then told the girl that she was working with don’t you know how to follow instructions and then the hashbrowns were still frozen and I was afraid to tell them that as well because of the braiding that he gave his coworker. I’ve gone in there a couple of times same young gentleman every single time I go in there he is wearing his head off at the other employees that he is working with and telling the customers that he does way too much work in the store and the other people around him don’tI am not very impressed with him nor is anybody else that happens to get him in line and I am very disgusted with his behavior and the way he treats his coworkers and the way he treats the customers at this point you’ll never...

I am disappointed in the service I received 15 minutes ago at the Honey Dew on County Street. While I was placing my order, the woman was snippy when I asked questions about the bread choices. I was not allowed to pay with a $20 bill. I was asked to use my debit card. I do not like to use my debit card when it's less than $5.00. The young lady at the drive thru window didn't apologize for the inconvenience. I'll give two stars because the sandwich was good, however, 4. I was not given any napkins. Sorry, bad customer service. They should realize that Dunkin Donuts is right across the street and if they do not provide good service, they will lose what little...

I ordered a $50 order on mobile app for 12pm pick up as I was tight on time today. I arrived to be told they didn’t get mobile order cause their system was down. I had to hand my phone to worker to write my order down. Then was told they are out of xl hot cups. I got my order 30 minutes later and both my coffees were not what I wanted and my 3 breakfast burritos were legit slapped together in the most sloppy way and they were only half wrapped. I just really can not believe the level of service this location offered me today. I will absolutely drive out of Attleboro Ma to get anything from now on from a reputable Honey...
