Let me first start by saying I just got out of the hospital and grabbing my family dinner before I go back home. I stop here right quick and the first lady who helped me stopped mid getting my bread for me and left to go help someone with ice and I waited until another young lady to come help me and her attitude showed very quickly. My first question for her was to please not put ham on my sandwich and if she could instead add turkey and before I could finish she said no "we don't do that" I then just said I don't want ham and I want to add more meat which i would like turkey. She rolled her eyes and just kept moving right after she put my sandwiches in the toaster I tried to tell her I also need two pizzas but she walked away and went to ring me up once back I told her and again rolled her eyes. Now while adding veggies I asked for avocado and she tried to give me a last little piece of one that's been sitting out and was all brown and I asked if I could not have that one and again eye roll. Mind you I am very very polite and after getting out of the er I'm even more quite and polite. So after getting everything and I pay she bags up my sandwiches and cookies in a paperbag but leaves my two pizza out on the table I asked if I can get a bag for those since I have to carry everything myself to the car and it's just me there. She then just places a bag on top of my boxes and proceeded to go help the customers who just walked in. Whatever I just shrugged it off and bagged it myself and as I was walking out the sandwich bag she bagged up ripped apart and everything fell out the only thing that was messed up was a box of cookies they broke open on the floor and I asked if I can get a new box of cookies and the two girls looked at me with the look like I'm being crazy for asking for new ones and one say "you want new ones?" And i said "yeah please beacuse i dont want to eat cookies that fell on the dirty floor" . I then ask for a plastic bag I see they have hanging from the counter and they said no we can't give you those, thoae are only for employees. so again I just say ok and ask for two new bags so they don't rip again the girl gives me a ripped bag off the counter and I have to tell her please can I have one that is not broken and an extra one she only will give me one and no one bothered to even help me pick anything up they just rolled their eyes and over charged me and didn't want to give me new cookies that fell on the floor because they gave me a busted up bag to begin with. I will absolutely never ever come here again. I am the most polite customer you can ever get I don't bug and try to just get in and out and I honestly never experienced someone being so overly rude...
Read moreI never post reviews anywhere because I understand that people have bad days. Unfortunately, based on previous reviews, this is a reoccurring issue with the same employee and store manager, Jaz. I picked up my online order and the conversation started with her stating "We didn't notice the special instructions so we didn't cook the bacon." I asked if they could cook it as ordered which I was told no because it costs extra and I didn't pay for that. I offered to pay and was refused because the she claimed not to know much it cost. I got home and the bacon was raw so I called back to speak with upper management. The same lady named Jazz, was extremely rude and confrontational. She kept cutting me off which she also did in store, and refused to answer my questions. I understand that mistakes happen but there is no reason for her to argue and refuse to let me speak. She was hesitant to give me the owners name and ended up hanging up on me when I asked why she was being so confrontational over uncooked bacon. I went online and someone posted a similar review involving her 1 week ago. I see multiple negative reviews for the same issue with this same lady. This type of behavior and customer interaction would be unacceptable at any other establishment - for this, I will not...
Read moreSubway on Shaffer Rd. Atwater. Went there to get a chicken teriyaki sandwich. I had not had one like it before but was ordering for a friend who has been ill and not able to walk in. We decided to get a large one and split it so I could enjoy the sandwich she said was the best. When I got back to her with it and unwrapped it, we were shocked to see it was wrapped in a paper towel. The chicken was not teriyaki marinaded chicken. The ones making the sandwich had ask me what to put on it for sauce. I said whatever it is you use for teriyaki chicken. The girl didn't seem to know but the guy said teriyaki and pointed to it. The girl put a small line across the bun. The person I was eating it with said this did not taste anything like their teriyaki chicken sandwich or even look like it. The chicken was chunks that were full of water like they had been soaking in it. I could squeeze water out of the chunks. I don't think these workers are trained on how to make the classic subway sandwiches. You can see in the photos that the chicken is not their teriyaki chicken. No teriyaki flavor. $16.40 total for the sandwich. Would NOT recommend...
