I hate to have to leave this review but upon arrival I should have turned around before the horrifying atrocities that occurred with the bouncer / security. While entering security immediately told me and the rest of my friends that we couldnāt come in. We were confused because we have a few colleagues that were already there. So we disclose that we came to meet people and was willing to pay the $5 membership fee (Iām a memeber that goes on Saturdays frequently). At this moment I start to feel tension and nowās he asking me who do I know and proceeded to say I was lying. He told me we couldnāt enter if weāre not apart of the bar / club industry within Auburn AL . He pulled the colleague that was already and asked was I lying about knowing him. Iāve been in the industry as I do bartend for well over 2 years now, at this very moment I should have left. Shortly a very respectful security; taller, younger, caucasian man came and deescalated the situation and me and my twin sister partner paid and came inside after a real professional conversation with this gentleman. My sister boyfriend was handling all our money and cards as my purse was to full and as a female I donāt like to carry to much personal things on me that early in the morning / late at night. Shortly he meets my sister at the door to give her her driver license, and gave the bouncer mine, with out even asking he storms over to me and throws my ID at me yelling so loud in the most degrading, humiliating, rude manner Iāve ever encountered in life. Upon asking why is he yelling he says āYou gave that girl your IDā I tried to explain to him that we are twins and it was a mix up because her boyfriend has all our personal things. He said so much mean things and said me and my friend has to leave. I had the worst panic attack ever due to this and donāt think Iāll come back as long as...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy wife threw up in the bathroom because she was helping someone else and they thew up so it made her do it as well, and they made us leave. I asked was this a policy or a personal preference because I had not been there and was not from the area and had never heard of a rule like this. The bartender who i later found out was the GM said that I was arguing with him about the policy and he banned me and my wife from coming back. Didn't feel like a paying customer felt like a child somebody was trying to control. My point being if you're going to have policies for operation they should be clearly stated and clearly posted somewhere where everyone can see and understand. If the rules aren't posted and someone asks questions they shouldn't be looked at in a negative light for trying to understand the policies that they do not understand that we're also not posted. I feel like me and my wife both got penalized for not knowing of the a non-existent policy that no one stated to us or posted anywhere and due to us asking questions we were unfairly treated. And banned form this place. I truly thought this was a good fair establishment. Would...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGreat bar, greater staff, friendly environment. Strict on rules, but what can you expect, they deal with drunkards. Follow the rules and you'll have a great time. Don't, and well, you'll get embarrassed. Stay until the later hours and they will try to make sure you get home safe by calling you a taxi/uber/lyft. (Even witnessed the bartender pay someone's fare who got left behind) The bartenders are the nicest people in town. Super chilled if you're a chilled person. 5 dollar membership + 5 dollar cover when a band is in town (you can beat cover by coming in after 2 am or before the bands set up), otherwise it's very cheap and drinks are reasonably priced. One of the best local bars I've ever been to especially if you just want to relax and have a drink with your friends while earning bragging rights by stomping them in pool or darts. Free pool on Tuesdays and Sundays is awesome (I typically play...
