Franchino’s — Restaurant in Auburn

Tried to call and order a deal I saw on their menu. Was told that deal doesn’t exist anymore. No problem for me. I asked what deals they have and I had a hard time hearing him and he got mad at me and his frustration with escalated quickly. He asked what topping and in a panic I said pepperoni for both pizzas though I had no idea what I was ordering. When I came to my senses I said no thanks and hung up as he was being condescending to me. I will never give my business to Francine’s again. I have bad days too, but I don’t take it out on my customers as I depend on them purchasing my product to take care...

I would choose this over chain pizza restaurants (Pizza Hut, dominos, etc,) but it gets blown away by better, stand alone, pizza places in springfield. What makes this get one star is their hours. Idk how many times I have called to place an order to find out they’re closed, or at least won’t answer after calling 3-4 times. The only reason I choose to eat here is there is no other pizza alternative outside of Casey’s pizza.

For the most part I give it a 5 star.but we made a big order a month ago. The new girl that took the order I guess didn't relay it right to the cool owner, and he had to make our pizza all over. normally when they make mistakes we get free pizza or something,this time we got nothing and waited 2 hours for pizza n paid full price....
