McDonald's — Restaurant in Auburn

For starters prices r too high for fast food and the drive thru gets so u sit and wait for ever on the inside lane before they take your order while every one on the outside lane gets the order took and move around. Then when u ask for fries to be made fresh out of the drier they act like its the end of the world. But who likes cold fries ? Half of them don't know how to make a ice caramel mocha they either make it wrong or leave off the cool whip and drizzle then when u call them on it they get upset and give u attittude. Corporate seriously needs to look into this. I get this not only with this location but the one in winder and Snellville and braselton.

Ok on this day 10th of july last time I checked the customer is always right there is no need to be giving me attitude I order a ice Carmel mocha non-fat for my daughter its not a frappee and not a turtle coffee its just mocha and little Carmel and non- fat milk dont tell me that its a frappe and tell me that its this when its not I'm sorry but the lady in the drive thru was giving me and my daughter very rude attitude and looks I will never go through the drive the again till they get smart people working there heck i wont go there again there attitude...

My wife and I went through the drive thru just to get a couple frosties and the young girl there was extremely unprofessional and was making things very weird and awkward joking to her and then gave her the receipt but tried to keep her card. When my wife asked if she was going to give her the card back the moronic girl said “no, I’m going on a shopping spree” and we were like haha.. soooo???? And she still didn’t give her the card back and then when she finally was going to give her the card back she wouldn’t let go, she was literally gripping on to it, my wife was having to pull very hard to pry it from her damn hands. It was a very weird moment so my wife ended up wanting to let the manager know that and the manager seemed to not really care and said “yeah, that’s about right”… like does your employee do this a lot or something??? Last night, I had the most insane experience at this McDonald’s. I go to order a McFlurry, they take my order. Fine. No problem. I pull up to the first window and right off the bat, the cashier says some weird stuff to me that at this point I don’t even remember and isn’t too crucial to the story. Anyway, I give her my card, the transaction goes through and then she goes to hand me back my card but when she does she slyly manages to just hand me the receipt and keeps the card. I say, “Are you gonna give me my card back?” and she says, “No. Shopping spree!”. At this point I’m speechless. I say something along the lines of , “I really need my card back” and she once again says, “No, I’m gonna go on a shopping spree.” I literally had to yank my card out of this girl’s hands to get it back and she just smiled and giggled like it was some hilarious bit.
