I've had issues with the Pizza Huts in this area for the last few years. They always seem to quote ridiculously long delivery times no matter when you order. When I saw that there was a new Pizza Hut coming to within a mile of my house, I thought that problem would be solved by ordering carry out instead. I was wrong. There have been 2 times in the past week where I've called and can't get anyone to answer only to drive by and find that they've closed early. (one time was at 8pm on a Saturday).
Then tonight I ordered carryout online, was quoted a 10-20min wait time, only to show up and be told it was going to be an hour. After I finally got my pizza, they had put the wrong toppings on it and it was undercooked, after specifically asking that it be cooked well done (since they seem to always undercook their pan pizzas at this location).
They offered to re-make the pizza and said it would be an additional 15-20min. So I waited, and waited. I finally had to yell to get someone's attention because I could see my pizza sitting underneath the counter but they kept cutting other pizzas instead. The manager was making pizzas and didn't even come over to apologize for the wait or offer to discount my order and the girl working the cash register seemed to have no clue what she was doing and was terrible at...

So I found on the app that I didn't need a code so I called the mage back and she said she will look at the code upon arrival. Ok so upon arrival the pizza was incorrect it was olives added. The mgr chick claimed that she couldn't honor the 7.99 nor could she put my pizza ahead of other, although they messed it up for carry out. She stated I had to order online to get the price plus wait another 20mins to put it in the cue. She stated if I paid the higher cost she could.make it in 10 mins. The store did not answer so I was transferred to a ācall centerā where a representative looked up my order. I was notified that the driver had attempted to deliver the pizza but āfor some reason they had to return to the storeā. The store NEVER contacted me that an attempt was made or gave me an update. In addition, the call center rep said she could reenter the order but was unable to provide a timeframe. When I asked if we would have to pay for the rentered pizza, she said yes. I think after Poor customer service and a lack of delivery, the least Pizza Hut could do is a complementary pizza or a discount.
I will never place another order at this location. Iām appalled...
