McDonald's — Restaurant in Auburn

My husband stopped for breakfasts, (McGriddle sandwich meals) and something extra for a guest, too expensive, really, but splurging on an early morning treat. The menu was stuck on the previous order and the order taker kept asking for our order. My husband said, "As soon as the menu comes up we'll know what to order. After the third time asking for the menu, she said, Burger King is right next door. Why don't you go over there?" The manager, Tammy Booth, told my husband, we aren't in control of that (the menu?) Corporate is. Who is in control of the attitude of the Employees dealing with the Public? It would have been so easy to suggest to my husband to drive directly to the window and look at a menu to place the order, but that would require thought, problem solving and a modicum of care to retain a good customer. If it's so easy to send people to the competitor, so be it. Good Luck with that new...

If this is the McDonald's on Hill Road across from Meijer's I was there on Sunday morning and ask for a egg McMuffin cooked to order and the black girl that was there told me everything was fresh and she told me I could not have a egg McMuffin cook to order so I just said give me my coffee and I left I thought it was very rude I go in there all the time and asked for a egg McMuffin cook to order on other days of the week and they always give me an egg McMuffin cooked to order and they asked me oh you must have had a problem before and I said yes I don't like to have the bun hard and I'd like to have it fresh so I asked for it cook to order and I was refused at this time I will not go back to this McDonald's again when these people are working this was on a Sunday if management hears this you have a problem with these ladies I take that back just the lady that took my order...

Worst expirence of my life! My food was cold and I asked for a refund, they told me to pull up to the second window and then no one ever came to the window! I had to go in and someone came out and took a photo of me on their snap chat! When I complained to the manager she acted like it wasn't a big deal and wasn't interested in asking him why he took the photo until I left. I however wanted him asked then because I wanted to know. I asked that the manager have the manager above call me the next day. When I called to speak with her on the phone after my horrible expirence she hung up on me. TWICE! No wonder this place has so many bad reviews! Also there's so many germs on your phone that's so gross people come out of the back and touch their screens and then go back to the food without washing their hands! Def...
