Subway — Restaurant in Auburn

They offer a “meal deal” but if u don’t originally want chips, or a drink they charge full price but don’t offer and say “hey it’s cheaper if u get the meal deal.. when u ask why they wouldn’t give customers the option. They get nasty about it, and if u get upset they refuse to EVER serve u again!!! The young girl with the nose ring is just straight RUDE!!!

The 2 girls that work the lunch hour in this store create an awful experience for customers. They both are hostile, dont listen to customers and make you rush through your order, even when there is no line. My daughter and I just went in and they were there. We almost didn't go in but had limited time so we did. A chicken salad sandwich with lettuce, tomato and bacon cost $16.19 for just the sandwich that was made very shitty. Won't be back. I was there about 20 mins ago. There were about 10 people in line for the lunch rush and 3 women behind the counter. They did an amazing job! They had a system down pat and while it took a few extra minutes to get to my turn, they were nice and professional! They even let me know about the upcharge on guacomole (which I was fine with).
