Taco Bell — Restaurant in Auburn

I pulled up and my taco bell app wasn’t working so I went ahead and decided to order. As I was ordering the app finally loaded so I asked the worker if I could still give her my code. She said “yes of course” and I gave her the code. Then some other random lady working there hopped on the mic to say “ Just so you know, you’re supposed to give the code BEFORE you order.” We just ignored it tho and continued our order with the polite worker. We thought that was the end of it - we were wrong. We got our food and from first glance everything was fine just some extra fries spilled in the bag. But after we opened the food we saw they dumped fries into the Mexican pizza, rolled some nacho fries in our napkins and absolutely trashed the quesadilla. The top of it was ripped up and a HUGE mess and the bottom of it wasn’t cut at all making me have to rip it even more just to eat it . Also the sauce, they were supposedly out of, was all over the entire quesadilla and box. It’s places like this that are the problem with America. When you order 6 Doritos locos tacos with meat and cheese only, that’s what you expect to get. And when I got my food, sure enough the lousy workers that don’t care about anything, got it wrong. If they cared half as much as they do about their phones maybe they could be decent. Or if the management can just slightly care and do something about the excruciating carelessness or lack of intelligence it takes for multiple simple orders right. As I said earlier, I ordered 6 Doritos Locos Tacos, meat and cheese only, and they put lettuce all in it, which is disgusting to me. Do you know how extremely low brain power it takes to get a shell, put taco meat and shredded cheese on the shell 6 times? Thanks for free food due to very bad customer service. Beverly gave me cold food and was very dry and like get out my face. Black young girl with long braids very very rude for no reason! Came to drive thur and told me to drive around very rudely, hung up on me when I called to ask to bring napkins out with food and preceded not to bring any napkins. Ask her again when she was out but was ignored so I went in to get a refund, she gave it to me without any hesitation. Then I told her how rude she is and she said I don’t care! Manager seemed to be listening earnestly when I was relaying everything to her. I’m not from Alabama and I appreciate where I grew up the more I deal with people here.
