Pide Pizzeria — Restaurant in Audubon

I've given it a couple chances. The first time we went the service was horrible. Our last time there the owner gave us some cards to play, which was great since the wait was so long. However there was a man sitting at the bar that was clearly intoxicated and the owner just kept giving him wine to taste and the cook kept coming out of the kitchen acting weird like he was on meth or something.

The food...just isn't good. They made a change in sauce apparently that the owner said has gotten better reviews, but I thought the food was bad every time we went. We did give the owner our feedback this last time. I appreciate what he's attempting to do, but he's missing the mark. In a small town like Audobon, your food has got to be good in order to make it. I have been here a few times and is a welcome break from across the street but there needs to be consistency, different each time I go. Some constructive criticism is to maybe get some pad to absorb the grease a bit from an all meat pizza because it gets the crust soggy sitting in it and please post all the ingredients that go into the pizza i.e. the burnt ends bbq brisket does not mention jalapenos in the menu just meat, bbq and onions.
