I heard my co-worker order our food and they got everything wrong about the order except the chips. They made me a giant sub instead of a 6in, then on top of that it was a completely different sub than what was ordered. To make things worse, my co-worker was told I could come back later and get a full refund along with a corrected order. The sad part is that the redemption was messed up when the worker had to call the manager to confirm my story by asking for my co-worker's name and having him try and nickel and dime me instead of honoring what was originally stated. I ended up telling him they can have the sub that sat in my classroom all day because it was wrong and tasted horrible- he actually asked me for the sub so I gave it to him and then he tried to still chage me for half the sandwich by only refunding 1/2 the price of the giant sub (since he was going to make me that comp replacement one). I told him the inconvenience alone was enough me and that I waited all day without eating so I was fine waiting to eat til I got home, requested my money back then demanded he go ahead a d refund me that extra fee that was charged for large drinks when it was supposed to be regular drinks. That order was a few cents short of $40. There's no way 2 footlong subs with drinks and chips should cost that much. I don't care if you are the only sub shop nearby....I'll go home and make my sandwich 15 min away from my job before I eat there again. Save your time, energy, money, and stay safe all at the same time- ain't nobody got...
Read moreUpdate dos: Tried again today out of convenience and not wanting to drive out of the way. Mistakes were made and I think I'm just going to have to cut my losses and never come to this one again. Update: Even though they forgot my bacon once on the #9 I still attempted to go back because I knew the boss boss was supposed to be there. Even though I didn't see her on this last trip my experience was good. A little heavy on the mayo but it was good. Trying again today, lol
Do not go to the Jersey Mike's outside of Gate 1 if you'd like the delicious JM experience. I exclusively go to the one in Grovetown but made an exception given this was on the route. This was my second bad experience at this location and I only came back because I figured it was a one off... Nope, this location just doesn't genuinely respect the sandwich. The people aren't necessarily the friendliest either. NEVER again will I go to this specific establishment... Do yourself a favor and drive yourself 6 minutes down the road for a better...
Read moreMy experience with the Jersey Mike's by Fort Eisenhower was not the greatest. When I arrived to the location the next day, I was not greeted upon entry. The team members were not friendly. You would think they would be being that they are close to the army base. I have family in the military and I thought the atmosphere would be more welcoming.
The cashier was not communicating effectively; I told him I was there for an order pick up and he walked away. He came back asking a question and then walked away again.
Once I was rung up at the cashier register, I asked if I could add on 2 $25 gift cards and there were crickets. I asked again and he quietly said, "I'll have to ring that up after this." He wasn't helpful with inserting/tapping my card for payment either. I was just disappointed with my experience. The only good things that came from my experience were the accuracy and timeliness of my order. I won't be going back to this location for the lack of good...
