It pains me to write this review because I had such high hopes after reading what everyone else had to say. Thai food is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE cuisine ever so when I found this place I was so excited, and it’s been so hard to find good Thai in Maine… We ordered a green curry, pad-see-ew, Drunken noodles, crab Rangoons and fried rolls. Nothing really tasted like anything to be honest. It was all pretty much one flat note. We ordered the Pad-See-ew without spice... so it literally tasted like nothing. It was dry and sticky, and had almost no veggies in it at all. The drunken noodles were also bone dry and sticky, ordered with 3 star spice, supposedly the hottest. It literally tasted like slightly spicy nothing. No flavor, just a little heat. A very mild heat for 3 stars. And again it had almost no veggies at all! Just a little bit of onion, some basil, and one piece of broccoli. The dipping sauce that came with the rolls was delicious, but the rolls themselves fit the same theme: zero flavor at all. The green curry had a hint of a mild green curry flavor but was severely missing that comforting umami flavor one tends to look for in a curry. Bland light green milk with 5 pieces of chicken and a couple slices of bell pepper in it. Nothing else. The Rangoons were actually perfect for me, as I don't like crab much and these had no trace or crab flavor.

So for $75, we got some very good cream cheese Rangoons, flavorful dipping sauces, about 3-5lbs of unflavored dry sticky flat rice noodles, and some green milk with a little bit of chicken in it. I honestly feel like we ordered too close to closing time so they just gave us whatever they had on hand. I’m severely disappointed and I honestly feel ripped off. I paid for flavor but only brought...

I love love love Pinto Thai to Go. I usually get their chicken drunken noodle dish as that is my favorite, but their Korean chicken bites are becoming one too. There appetizers are great and varied, and it's always nice to see what new desserts and drinks they have available. The store inside has a variety of candies and snacks, and that is one of the only places I found some of my favorite fruit and coffee candies. My Gran loves their teriyaki and spicy basil salmon dishes, they are delicious and the veggies are always cooked perfectly. The restaurant is lovely; clean, bright, and open so you feel comfortable dining in as well as taking away. The staff and owners are always a delight to talk with, polite and cheery. Everything is always ready in a very...

I met a good friend of mine here for lunch. It’s bright and clean. Even the bathroom is very clean. We sat at a small table in the middle of the small restaurant. It’s mostly counter seating around the windows. A lot of people were coming in to get their takeout orders. There were two young ladies working and they were both extremely friendly and caring and sweet. My friend and I split the fresh rolls for an appetizer which or absolutely delicious. We dipped it in a nice peanut sauce. Then for my main meal, I got the garlic stirfry plate with chicken on it. My rice came in a separate plate in the shape of a pyramid. It was so delicious with just the right hint of garlic in it. I was very impressed with the service. I would love to bring my...

I stopped in on a whim, cause I've passed the place before and thought about it. You ever have it happen where you regret you didn't dine at a place sooner? PRIME EXAMPLE. Folks that work here are super nice for starters. I ordered runway noodles, they where fantastic! Honestly i'm amazed I even controlled myself enough to get a picture before the scarfage. The Thai iced coffee was also excellent. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

My coworker and I have a slight addiction to this place! 🤣 Best Thai food in Augusta! We eat here at least once a week. Our meal ends up being two meals because they serve so much. The customer service is always amazing. The ladies are always smiling and very pleasant at pick up.💜 They closed for vacation for a week and we tried another local Thai food and it’s nothing like Pinto.
