Think you know the First Amendment? Maybe it's time for a refresher! We went to the museum to see the current exhibition "I Am Woman: Maine Activists" - paintings by Robert Shetterly from his "Americans Who Tell the Truth" series - and ended up doing a free tour, which was informative, entertaining and fun! The exhibitions are thought provoking and really well done. They are in the midst of restoring the historic Gannett House and grounds, so the First Amendment Museum will just keep getting better and better.
