On January , 2 , 2025 between 12:30PM-12:45PM my family and I had an extremely negative experience at the Starbucks within this location . I tried to talk to a manager of this Kroger to rectify this issue named “Tara” and received a minimal “I’ll handle it” . I contacted corporate and still received no resolution.
The employees that work in this location should at least respect the customer enough to greet them at the counter , and not start with a statement such as “What you want ?” which came from the Starbucks employee that “greeted” my family and I at the counter as we were trying to order coffees. We hadn’t spoken a word and were greeted with such a nasty attitude!!
I previously loved shopping at this location due to the cleanliness of the store , and for the availability of items, but unfortunately my family will not be returning to this specific location . The reason being the lack of respect and resolution my family and I received from the Starbucks employee as well as the lack of help from Kroger management. All customers deserve respect no matter how many you have coming through the doors . This was a highly disappointing experience!!!! I only gave one star to post...

Not only did the young lady I spoke with kindly set some aside for me, but she also included the pot she was currently brewing. Her initiative and generosity went above and beyond what I expected—many in her position might have simply asked me to come back later or the next day, but she took the extra step without hesitation. I regret not getting her name, as her outstanding service and warm, consistent smile truly made a lasting impression.
