I love when I order a cake from a nice young man (he was actually really sweet) over the phone... confirmed what time and day I'm picking up the cake, and to show up 15 min after they're supposed to open, that they're not actually open. They have a sign that confirmed the dates and hours, that they're clearly not following. I needed this cake for my daughter's birthday today, and I'm so sick of people not showing up to work just because it's a holiday. Yes I could've placed it for a different day, but there was literally another person waiting outside the store with me. Just don't have the restaurant open for nye if this is an issue. The next closest DQ 2966 Ogden Ave, is amazing, I called ahead and made sure they had cakes. When i got there, they had so many and the man working there was so sweet and helpful.

When customers depend on your business for cakes and you fail completely by Lying about your store hours, you in fact do not care about your customers. She then changed her mind and said she would call me back and hung up without getting any information from me. But then when I looked at the total it was at least a dollar more than it was supposed to be. I asked about it and the cashier said that there is a sign saying all toppings are extra. I could see no such sign, so the cashier came around to show me. She couldn't find it either and then said they had just changed the sign. I asked for my money back because she had no right to charge me, but she then claimed to not know how to make a refund.
