Dear Franchise Owner of this Dunkin Donuts.....Thanks to your employee, Selena, who was working the drive through window on 10/5/2015 at exactly 6:36 pm (took this from my receipt). I will not be back.
She completely messed up my coffee order, which is no big deal. The big deal is, when I asked her to remake it, and stated what I ordered, she refuesed and gave me attitude. Luckily, she credited my card as requested. With her attitude, I thought I would have to fight her on that too.
Your shift leader (the person I spoke to when I called from your parking lot immediately after), could give a s**t less.....I think she was laughing in the background. She did take down my name and number, but doubt it will ever reach you.
For the past 6 months, I have come there every weekday morning. Ask you morning crew, they know me. Same thing everyday....large iced french vanilla turbo with easy cream, easy sugar.....sometimes a ham, egg and cheese wakeup wrap.
I would love to send you the picture of the starbucks cofee, along with your credited reciept from Selana. I will be going there for my coffee in the am from here on out. Shame on you for hiring a rude, ignorant employee like her. Mistakes happen, ingnorance...

Though the food is fine, the customer service is totally unacceptable! No acknowledgement when you approach the counter, if there is any communication beyond the transaction itself, it is nothing but rude. The girl who seems to be in charge couldn’t make you feel more uncomfortable and this seems to bleed onto the others working there (there is a young gentleman working there who’s very nice but is the exception). You almost get the feeling you are bothering them and that they are truly miserable folks. And then there is the charging for everthing! They will nickel and dime you to death charging for things they never had before! Ie…. “Pup cups” for dogs $1.00 each!? Got to make sure they recover that nickel of whip cream! .50 cents for a cup of water!?! Since the new owner took over it has been a massive downgrade!...
Read moreWe have live in the townhouse is right next to this Dunkin doughnuts for 7 years, and every time we go there for ice cream, which is about once a week at different times of the day ranging from three in the afternoon to near closing time. They always “don’t have hot fudge”. This has been going on for over a year, they try to offer you chocolate syrup at the same price. They can never give any real explanation why they won’t sell hot fudge when you ask. My running theory is the machine is hard to clean at closing and they don’t feel like doing it. Though it feels kind of petty, I did ask for the manager the last time but I guess the manager leaves at noon. We decided to start going to Dairy Queen. I’m going to keep leaving this message until this issue stops.
Also, I should say that the morning crew is fantastic at this location. It really seems to be everyone who’s there after 3 PM is the issue. I’m gonna start getting...
