I’m a costumer for a very long time and I love and enjoy the service they give us customers and the food as well but unfortunately yesterday, there was a “Jenny” woman working there, before I paid my pizza I told her I wanted a soda but I still didn’t specify what type of soda I wanted and she gave me a can of soda knowing I ordered a large pizza for my family so she pretty much called me “fat” without saying I was fat, after that I told her I didn’t want that and that I wanted a large soda for my family and I, after that I paid everything and when I checked my receipt, she still added the can of soda even tho I said I didn’t want it, so I paid for the large soda and the small soda, so I went back and told her that she added the small soda and told her to delete it and pay my money back from that and she gave me an attitude and told me her name even though nobody asked I just wanted my money back, I was there telling her to give me my money back for like 3 minutes and finally she gave me back my money, so to put it all together in simple words, I won’t be coming back to this restaurant because of bad customer service, I don’t apprentice how she treated me when I was treating her respectfully. So please fix this, tell the people who work there to treat their customers nicely if they want customers. Thank you for taking your time...
Read moreI placed and picked up an order for spaghetti with meat sauce. When I got home I had fettuccine instead of spaghetti. I called back and spoke with someone named Jenny, who said that she was the manager. This lady literally argued with me that they gave me spaghetti as if I don't know a round noodle from a flat noodle. I offer to send her a photo, but she wasn't interested. When I said that I would bring the order back , she said that it will be replaced with the same noodle. When I asked her to speak with the cook about the order, she said that the cook told her that they were out of fettuccine therefore I got spaghetti. Needless to say the conversation went south from there. What I can't understand is why was it such an issue in admitting that they messed up my order. She was literally very upset when I told her that she and the cook were wrong. I still have the order in my refrigerator. I did not return the order yesterday because I was too upset with the way she spoke to me. I will be returning it just so she can clearly see what fettuccine looks like, obviously she doesn't know...
Read moreMy family and I wanted to try a new restaurant to see what other pizza offerings there are around town. I chose this place because it had good reviews online. I ordered a 14 inch thin pepperoni pizza and garlic breadsticks with marinara. The order also came with a 2-liter of soda. We had to wait longer than the estimated pick-up time but we were not concerned, since it was our assumption that this meant we would receive the food fresh from the oven. That was not the case. When I arrived home (less than a 10 minute drive) the garlic sticks were wrapped in parchment paper and looked dry and old. This was confirmed once I took a bite of one. The pizza crust was also chewy and hard to bite off, as if the dough was also old. The marinara sauce accompanying the garlic bread is also definitely diluted with water. The only positive was that the 2liter of soda was good. Needless to say, we could not finish the food—it was that bad. I am taking the loss on this and will not...
