Having worked in the convenience store attached for six years I've kept quit in the interest of harmony between neighbors but now? In a building we pay rent for they are trying to say we cannot use the bathrooms, which are the only ones on site and on their side and are closed to the public. The bathrooms have flooded numerous times, and they barely tried to contain to spill, and never really fixed the issues causing it. Plumbing backed up into our back room, we told them in the morning and it wasn't until we called our plumber out in the evening, they finally did something. They were constantly trying to tell us how to do our jobs, were always trying to stuff our trash cans full of their trash. The food was almost always cold, the oil old, and I constantly watched customers walk out only to return because the order was wrong, not to mention the ones going through the drive thru only to park and come in because of the same issue. And trying to complain to us because we were attached and they assumed we had any control over it. Staff, ALL STAFF, are rude and demanding expecting favors and special treatment. Even had some ask me to look the other way when they "forgot" their ID or wallet so they could get tobacco products. So glad I don't work there anymore, and so glad I don't work around them anymore. Honestly not...
Read moreWhere to start lol Half the time your food is going to be wrong, whether they bag the orders wrong or just don’t make them right I couldn’t tell you. Most of the employees, doesn’t matter the shift, act like literal children. The managers act like it right there with them. I’ve seen 1 maybe and that’s a long stretch maybe seen 2 managers actual working and trying to get their crew to behave and work. Orders taken ridiculous amount of time to get out 9/10 times. You’ll literally stand there and for 5+ mins watching them only make drive orders, and that’s whether the drive is busy or not. Most of the employees stand behind the wall blocking the view from lobby just standing there joking around even though there’s 5+ lobby orders waiting. Also idk why they find it so funny to snicker and talk horrible about customers as if 1) it can’t be heard 2) it makes a difference if they do it in Spanish or English. A good amount of white complexion people know Spanish, whether they let you know they do or not. Someone should probably inform them of that. Customer would but they tend to magically act like they don’t understand English once you need something. Corporate would this franchise/store down in a heartbeat if they saw the behaviors committed here. Oh wait it’s a good thing I know some people in corporate that’ll be...
Read moreRude employees and everything tastes off. I don’t ever write reviews like this because I also work in fast food and understand how frustrating it can be, however we didn’t do anything and received poor service. We pulled up through the drive thru and before we could get our order in the girl immediately had attitude rushing us. My boyfriend asked about the Travis Scott special and it seemed like she was frustrated and took it out on him, the whole time she either grunted, said “mhm” all short, or just had attitude. So then we go to pull up to the window to pay and nobody was there, and there was construction and we saw the people ahead give the employee outside money so we assumed we could do the same since nobody was at the first window. We pulled up and gave him our money and he storms towards the first window making it a big deal, muttering under his breathe. We got our food and pulled off, and the soda is not only flat but it seems like the machine might have a problem because the sprite and dr.pepper we ordered tastes like flat dollar store soda. I ordered two sandwiches which were somehow stale. The whole time we were nice even though we were frustrated we got this treatment, and in return we got employees who were unwelcoming and received poor...
