I went through drive-through around 9:20 p.m. Thursday. I ordered a basket of French fries and a frappe. They said the coffee machine was out of order, so I ordered a chocolate shake instead. The shakes was great, but the experience with the french fries here had turned me on ordering McDonald's again.
The fries were could to the touch and the texture had changed to a spongy feel, and they didn't give me a receipt, which makes me wonder if employees knew they were wrong. I always go inside fast food places now because I believe I get better quality food when employee's have to look at me. This store closed the dining room, so I was forced to use drive-through.
I bit into room-temperature fries while still in the parking lot and returned to drive-through to tell them.
They replaced the fries without any problem, but let's face it, they had to know the fries were cold when they handed them out the window to me. These were that off! So the code name didn't work and they served poor quality fries, 100 percent of my initial order.
Over $3 for fries, and I spent 19 minutes of my evening there because nobody cares to serve quality product the first...
Read moreToday was the 4th time in a row that something has gone wrong at this location. 1st time, they forgot items in my drive thru order, making me drive all the way back to get them. 2nd time, they had me wait in the drive thru reserve spot for over 15 minutes for a McChicken, they only brought it out when I called them from my car when I asked about my order. 3rd time was taking back the free cookies for the excessive wait time in the 2nd incident. I got screwed twice in a row on the same day for the same order. Today, the 4th time, my table side order was left out for over 10 minutes and never brought to my table. Apparently, table side service means you still have to go to the counter to collect your order. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience. Nothing.
I came back today because this one is my little girl’s favorite because of the Play Place. After everything with no remedy, we won’t be back ever again. Lesson learned.

Read moreUpdate 6/22/24: Ate inside. Ordered on kiosk. No ice cream right now. One dirty packet of ketchup in a wet container on the counter. No napkins. I don't know if they're renovating or what but the only reason we come back is we're close.
Update 6/13/22: Well four years later and they're still getting our order wrong about 1out of 3 times. The employees are always polite and nice but this rate of error is terrible and having a child with strong sensory needs a wrong order can really cause a lot of problems and inconveniences.
Original review: Only reason I ever go here is because it is close but honestly the times we have been here there is ALWAYS something wrong with the order. One time they left several items out of a Big Breakfast and when my husband went back he wasn't the only one, today I ordered a 4 piece nugget meal with yogurt and I got charged for a 6 piece with apples.
