Absolutely incredible experience ordering from Shannon! I had reached out to a few places about ordering a birthday cake that was Lisa Frank themed and ultimately went with Mile High due to how engaged Shannon was. I filled out her form and when she didn’t hear back via email (gmail sent hers somewhere into the abyss haha) she texted me to see if I was still interested which imo is above and beyond. When I told her my idea she was so excited and I couldn’t wait to see what she came up with! Ultimately she knocked it out of the park ☺️ the cake was beautiful, affordable, and fed more than enough people! Shannon made the most DELICIOUS cake pops and Cake-cicles for my sons 5th dinosaur themed party. They were a HUGE hit with nearly 35 kiddos and she even pulled off a delicious gluten free version. Her communication was clear and responsive, everything was exactly as she said it would be as far as quality and quotes, and she is just the sweetest human on the planet. If you are looking for something sweet for your next celebration, I cannot recommend Shannon and Mile High Pies & Cakes enough. I would absolutely recommend Shannon Austin with Mile High Cakes and Pies for any event or special occasion! We used her for our wedding cake and she well exceeded our expectations. You cannot get a better tasting or looking cake at a fair price anywhere else. She was so prompt in every exchange or meeting we had and her delivery was flawless! We were able to choose 3 different flavors in our tiered cake and everyone RAVED about the Almond flavor! I look forward to using her for all our special events in the future!
